Since I had to work that evening, instead of them delivering them to my home, I picked them up from the hotel the next morning. Everything went very smoothly.

I canāt say enough great things about Bill. This was a contentious divorce custody handover of my two labs, so the pickup date moved several times. Bill was very understanding and accommodating. Once he was able to get my girls, he sent me a link to a map so I could watch their progress and sent me photos and updates throughout the very long drive. My ex had tossed out the girls harnesses, but Bill had some on hand so he could walk them safely. My girls arrived safe, sound and happy, they had a great time with Bill. He is professional, prepared, he really cares about the pets he transports, and I canāt recommend him highly enough.
