Sean went above and beyond what I even expected. After accepting the bid, I asked if he could assist my mother-in-law to Florida. He explained he did it and offered references for it. About a week before delivery, I asked if he could come over and give the 2 cats their anxiety medication for the flight and he gladly agreed with no hesitation. On the day of travel, the flight was delayed and he stayed upbeat. I received numerous pictures of my mother-in-law and the cats throughout the enrire experience. My mother-in-law has not flown for 15 years, so Sean made sure she was able to get food and drinks. I felt very assured they were in good hands. Even with a flight delay, he was able to get all three of them safely to the final destination. My mother-in-law loved talking to him and Rosie during the travels. I highly recommend Sean for your pet travel needs.

Chris was absolutely amazing! We couldnāt be happier with how smooth the entire process went. Chris transported our new 3 month old kitten, Silk, from Maryland to Connecticut on a solo ride. He was professional, dependable, calm and considerate. We felt we could trust him right away. We were so nervous using a transporter for the first time, trusting a stranger with our new kitten made me really anxious, but Chrisā transparency was very reassuring. He gave us multiple updates, live video monitoring, tracking, and even beautiful professional photo updates of Silk through a password protected website, plus a complimentary photo gallery of all the images he shot during their trip! We knew Silk was safe and well cared for, and that peace of mind was absolutely worth it. On top of all that, his pricing was excellent and he was punctual, quick to respond and reliable throughout. He asked questions about our kitten ahead of pickup and even made accommodations for Silk to have the most comfortable ride possible with a spacious cat playpen that had an attached litter box tent and toys, it was an amazing travel setup, and he made the drive in excellent time! Our breeder met him at pickup and she was so impressed with him, the travel setup and his tracking technology that sheāll now be recommending him for her other families too. This was our first experience with a pet transporter service and it really couldnāt have gone any better. Weāll definitely use Chris again in a heartbeat and will recommend him to everyone we can! Here's a polished rewrite: My puppy, Chopper, a chocolate Husky, was stuck in a shelter while I was deployed and unable to retrieve him myself. Mr. Sam assured me that he could get Chopper out of the shelter and safely transport him back to Ohio until my deployment was complete. He provided tremendous peace of mind throughout the entire process by maintaining consistent communication, sending regular updates and videos, and keeping me informed every step of the way. Mr. Sam stayed on schedule and made sure Chopper was comfortable and well cared for during the entire journey. I am incredibly grateful for his professionalism, reliability, and genuine care for Chopper!

Laurie literally called me at 10 PM after a long flight to make sure I was feeling comfortable with our game plan to bring Layla to Maine. She was helpful every step of the way. Roy- canāt say enough good about Roy. He was willing to give up some of his privacy and put an app on his phone that allowed us to track his location every step of the way. This team is incredibly passionate about what they do. My appreciation for these folks can not be truly put into words. Thank you so so much!

i was extremely happy with the service provided. she was extremely accommodating first with the pick up date of my dog because we had to have him picked up a certain date. she was informative and answered all questions nicely. she kept me updated throughout the entire trip and even sending me pictures. my dog is super anxious in car rides and he also started having diarrhea before the trip. when i told her this, she bought electrolyte water for my dog and kept me updated on how he was doing (and if he had any loose stools). he came to us extremely happy, and not distressed. i recommend her services and i would definitely ask her again in the future. unfortunately my dog has passed away very recently due to cancer and i am extremely grateful that at least he had excellent care with them towards the end. (he passed away about a month after the trip, obv nothing related to the trip itself. we found out he had cancer just few days before we let him go)

Let me start off by saying Iām more than satisfied. My services with Ease of Mind Transport I truly can say it was the best experience. It took me months on CitizenShipper trying to find someone that I would trust enough to transport my babygirl from Brooklyn NY to Houston. When I tell you Iām more than grateful and more than happy I trusted my gut and decided to go with Robbie because his communication from the beginning gave me the comfort and the trust that the transport was going to be safe, secure and also being considerate of my needs for my baby girl. Communication was kept the entire way from pick up to drop off , he sent me pictures of my babygirl during the entire ride and during rest stops ensuring me she . It couldnāt have gone anymore perfect truly esp with the anxiety I had about transporting her . She canāt fly because of her breed so her transport had to be ground . I highly recommend using Robbie if you want someone trustworthy, pet lover, good communication and very kind . He made the trip from Brooklyn to NY in just about 48 hours which made things much easier to manage. Booking was smooth and quick and within the same week I booked, the same weekend my babygirl was picked up and dropped off to me . Will give 10000 stars if I could ! Thank you for your assistance it means a lot to myself and my family having her here with us thanks to you .
