Hayley did an amazing job transporting Luna to the other side of the country. She was an excellent communicator throughout the journey as she sent multiple photos and text throughout the day. It appeared that Luna, my dog, was happy and given several opportunities to get out of the car and stretch her legs. Hayley clearly loved on Luna and treated her as if she were her own. Hayley had enough room in her van so that Luna could travel the entire trip on her dog bed which really put my mind at ease; Luna doesn't do well in a crate so I was beyond thrilled that Hayley was willing to let Luna do this. She encouraged me to create a text thread with my daughter who would be recieving Luna on the "other end" so that everyone was updated at the same time. I was HIGHLY recommend Hayley to anyone looking for an animal transport. Loved her and the service she provided!!!

However, from the moment I met Sean and his sweet four-year-old daughter, I felt much more at ease. They were kind, reassuring, and kept me in constant communication throughout the entire trip. Despite a delayed flight and a last-minute change, Sean made sure my puppy arrived safely and as quickly as possible. I’m incredibly grateful for the care and effort he put into the journey. Everything turned out great, and I would absolutely recommend his service to anyone needing a flight nanny.

First time using this Website. I was in the process of completing my adoption of a Black Russian Terrier Puppy, from Oklahoma and needed transport to Florida. I received numerous quotes, some were bit cheaper and some were a bit more. I truly wanted my Puppy to have the best car trip, humanely possible. After reading the past reviews of Emeralds Fur Baby Transport, I went with their services. Let me tell you, from the moment I booked this transport, Esmeralda was in contact with me. She set my pick ASAP. Let me also add that I sent her more than the required amount due, and she immediately informed me and sent me back a proper refund. She picked up my Puppy from Oklahoma and from the moment she picked him up until she dropped him off, she was in full contact with me and the seller, who requested it too. She and her coworker took such good care of our new baby. Constant attention, proper cleaning and up keep, fed him and provided plenty of fresh water and stopped in the best safest places possible, so the puppy can go Potty. Again, constantly in communication and sending pictures and updates. She is a blessing and a wonderful person. She made my Puppy delivery, so safe and festive! it was amazing! Without any doubts, I would totally recommend Emeralds Fur Baby Transport. I also want to mention that her truck is very well prepared and in newer condition. You can tell she loves Animals, because she does it with love and total attention to her clients. Bravo!!! This company is first class all the way!

Shalindra did a terrific job picking up my new puppy from the breeder in Sequim, WA and driving her to me in Portland, OR. During the drive she made sure the pup was safe and comfortable in a crate with clean blankets, a water bowl and she also made sure her car was a comfortable temperature. Shay is a sweet, caring animal lover and the pup was already attached to her. I really enjoyed meeting her and we had a nice conversation while the puppy got used to me. I would highly recommend Shalindra not only because she is great with animals but also because she is honest and dependable.
