Sam was a dream to work with. He was punctual, communicative, and efficient. He transported our two senior cats--one of whom is diabetic and requires insulin injections twice daily--from California to Ohio with no issues. He sent frequent text and photo updates, and his location was known to us the entire time. If we were to ever move again, we would use Sam again in a heartbeat.
