Not only did they get my pups to my house safely and securely, they brought their entire basket of toys, food, beds and grooming supplies with them as well. Great communication from the beginning when I asked all my questions before booking, until the end when they let me know they were 15 minutes away. Would highly recommend and would definitely use them again!

Stacie and Smith & Sons Pet Transport are amazing. I was worried about sending my daughter's dog to her in California. Stacie relieved some of my fears the moment I met her. Her personality and the love you can see that she has for pets is amazing. I was kept informed every step of the way. I received videos and pictures every day. Onyx arrived in California on the day promised. I would definitely recommend this company and if I ever had to have a pet transported again I would definitely use them.

AJ was the best dog transport experience possible for our aging black lab and nervous golden retriever.. He made the dogs feel loved and me feel comfortable putting them in his care. Wow, where to begin! Christian is just incredible. We were trying to get a dog we’d adopted from her foster family who were getting married the day after pickup. Problem was I had a funeral 1400 miles awayI had to attend the day she was to arrive. Christian borded her until we could get home. This shipper will be my “go to” person in the future.

They did an excellent job with picking up and delivering my pet dog (Brady) from Washington state to Florida. I was really anxious with trusting my pet with a transporter, but so glad that I made this decision to go with Express Airport Paws. While enroute they sent video updates and photos of his where abouts. There was lots of coordination involved with picking up Brady in Seattle to his delivery in Florida and everything went smoothly. Highly recommend.
