Kat & her husband were amazing! Amazing on communication both beforehand and during transportation. I was very nervous about sending my fur baby off with someone I had just met but they made me (and my fur baby) so comfortable! Kat provided pictures and updates multiple times a day as well for extra comfort. Would recommend! 10/10
