Emi is amazing. She was so professional, detailed and great at what she does best, love your dogs like her own. Her 7 years of 5 star reviews initially sold me on her pet nanny services, but she was even better than those reviews described. I felt like I was handing my 2 fur babies to a family member. She was always on time, always sending updates and photos of my dogs and was a joy to work with. As a dog trainer she gave me suggestions and tips and bought a better harness and treats for them along the way. My dogs are a rescue Husky mix and a rehome little Aussie mix and they are rather untrained and a handful. Emi had it down, handled them beautifully and I always felt they were is expert hands. I would highly recommend Emi and her wonderful services to anyone needing to transport your doggies either by van or on a flight. After delivering them safely and happily home after a 3 day transport, she still is keeping in touch. This was a fantastic experience. 10 STARS!

Char was a real trooper! She picked up my new puppy on time and sent photos and updated voice messages throughout the journeyâ in which she encountered a tornado and then in the last 45 minutes of the leg, a large animal (Deer? Elk?) darted out in front of her vehicle! Still, everyone arrived safe, cared for and a day early. Would recommend her to anyone.

Cara transported my two dogs, Gus and Tommy, across multiple states, and I couldnât be happier with the experience. Throughout the trip, she was kind, professional, and clearly cared about the dogsâ comfort and safety. Long-distance pet transport can be stressful for both pets and owners, but Cara handled everything with patience and compassion. She got my dogs to me safely, and they arrived happy and well cared for. It was obvious that she treated them as if they were her own. Short story. Shipping to Alaska? Donât use this company. Synopsis: horrible communication, did not even come close to meeting deadline, unprepared at border, caught repeatedly lying about shipment details, still charged full price for a partial trip despite his total incompetence. Long story: boat was quoted to be delivered by the second week of April. Boat was picked up March 17th with Brandon stating âIâll watch the weather and bring it up between stormsâ. Okay, fair enough. After no updates from Brandon in approximately a week, I message him to let him know Iâd be out of town April 10-14th and further collaboration would be through my wife. At this time he tells me his daughter has âa doctorâs appointmentâ and the boat wouldnât be delivered until the 27th (two weeks past quoted time frame). At his mercy, I agreed. Finally, Brandon takes off for Alaska April 23rd with the preface that âif I run into any trouble at the border Iâll call youâ. The next morning, I receive a call from Brandon stating, âhey, I was turned down at the border and they wouldnât tell me the reason, pretty sure they just didnât like meâ. At this time I asked to talk to the border patrol to which Brandon stated, âIâm all ready an hour away from the border. The agent said youâll either have to come across with me or hire a different companyâ (come to find out Brandon had let the bonding expire on the boat and failed to check it prior to embarking). As such, Brandon said he would once again work on getting bonding only two days later to state that bonding had been denied âwithout reasonâ. I asked Brandon repeatedly for the paperwork to figure out the reason for denial in case I needed to get a different company to transport, of which he repeatedly skirted providing. After 2 more days of deliberation, a good friend noted that he would pick the boat up and bring it back. After the boat was picked up, Brandon proceeded to charge me 2.44$/mile to drag the boat from Sacramento the Washington without any prior discussion stating, âthis is what I have into it driving to the border and Iâll absorb the rest of the costsâ (storage. As if somehow him procrastinating for 6 weeks to transport my shipment was my fault). Now, I missed a literal once in a lifetime hunt (boat was being used as transport for trip), out 40hours of PTO, thousands of dollars in supplies for said trip, and hundreds of dollars in flights/accommodations preparing for trip. Retrospect: I chose Brandon as he was fairly Priced, initially had good communication, had great reviews, and was a small, family business. After this experience, Iâm not sure he should be allowed to stay on this platform.
