Terry was awesome! My puppy had Giardia so she was pooping a lot during the transport. Terry stopped every time she pooped to clean her up and clean her cage. I thought Terry was very conscientious and professional! If I ever need to have another pet transported I want Terry!

Jessica was amazing, I highly recommend her for any of your transportation needs. She was very accommodating with my constantly changing pickup date as I waited for the loan to close on my boat. She communicated with me multiple times a day throughout her trip, updating me as she crossed state lines with estimated arrival times. My boat arrived early without any damage and I'm very pleased with the entire process!

If I could give 10 stars, I would! RM Pets Solo Adventures treated our guy with so much care and attention during his transport from Louisiana all the way to Montana. He was extremely communicative the entire way and sent us frequent updates, which gave us so much peace of mind. But what really got me was how much he genuinely cared for Sawyer Brown along the way. There were plenty of stops and little adventures, he ran with him, snuggled him up, and Sawyer looked like the happiest guy the entire trip. He even had a special bed set up in the back of his vehicle so Sawyer could be comfortable and stay cool while traveling through this crazy summer heat. It never felt like Sawyer was just another dog he was transporting. It felt like he was traveling with someone who genuinely cared about him, and that meant everything to us. If youâre looking for someone to transport your pet, seriously, look no further. 10/10 would recommend RM Pets Solo Adventures again and again. We could not have asked for a better experience or for our guy to have been in better hands!

Can I give 10 stars??!! Dmytro and his team were incredible. Great communication, incredible care for our puppy. We received updates before pickup, at pickup, and during the ride - including pics and video and a way to track our little guy along the way. Dmytro even went so far as to buy a new collar for our pup because the one the breeder gave was too big. I was hesitant at first because they are a new shipper but so happy I went with them and wish them all the best in their endeavors! Will absolutely call on them again. Thank you!
