Amanda was amazing!!! She's absolutely lovely and I am so grateful for her help in getting my 3 furbabies transported from Kansas to California. She was open to discussing different options for transport which I really appreciated. We ended up settling on air transport for my kitties and she came armed with treats and supplies to ensure a pleasant travel experience. One of the flights ended up getting delayed but Amanda was able to pivot quickly and get a new flight so her connection to California wouldn't get missed. I got constant photograph and text updates throughout the journey which was so important to me. Thank you again for taking such excellent care of my babies!!!!!

Brittany was very professional and communicative. She was very patient with us because our pet was coming from India and there were several moving parts. I hired Freshstart Flight Nanny to pick up a new puppy. He asked for the phone number of the seller to figure out when and where he could pick up the puppy. He got into an argument with the seller and the seller refused to let him pick up the puppy. Freshstart told me they couldn't get me a refund because he already booked the ticket. That is not true because he was texting the seller to see when he could fly out and then they got into a fight. He never bought tickets. I asked for him to show me the tickets and the date he bought them and he did not and then stopped responded to me. I had to fly myself to pick up the puppy because he got the seller so upset he wouldn't let anyone else pick up the puppy but myself. SUPER unprofessional and a crook.

Incredible service! TJ isn't just a delivery specialist who decided to take on pets because he has the space. He is a dog lover who cares for your pup the duration of the transport. The idea of advertising our need out to the internet for anyone to bid on made us feel vulnerable, to be honest. Likewise, Haley took a chance on us by bidding on our job offer. Her profile and expertise felt right to us, so we crossed our fingers. Turned out she had handled a delivery from this breeder previously, so that gave us a big measure of reassurance. At the end of the day, everything went exactly as planned and hoped. We are very grateful for the service Haley provided. She turned a daunting situation into something very manageable.
