I recommend avoiding this company. They assured me a pickup for my RV would occur on the posted dates, even as I asked for updates as it got close to time. After I paid the deposit, I received the message "carrier cannot do it". I had to ask Citizen Shipper to help get a refund from them. I had to start over and look for another company, while also securing other lodging since I couldn't get my camper delivered. Really crappy experience, other than the Citizen Shipper reps, they were great.

Ianās Services so far exceeding expectations. Our rescue Cosmo is not an easy dog when it comes to strangers, but he and Ian almost instantly bonded and within an hour Cosmo was right up next to Ian and had his head resting on Ianās arm as they headed west. Cosmo arrived in excellent condition actually early and I think he was very sad to see Ian leave. If you need the best Transport person to take care of your prized and love animal I tell you you will not have any regrets if you choose Ianās services. We are still in awe as to the terrific job he did. Thank you Ian for a job so well done we will never forget you.

Tina provided excellent service. She arrived to pick up our English Setter earlier than projected, provided regular text updates with photos as she made her way across the U.S., and delivered our dog a day earlier than projected. Everything went smoothly. Tina did not make the cheapest bid, nor was she the most expensive. But for a reasonable cost to bring our dog across the country, she was the best choice.

This was my first time getting someone go drive my puppy! I was super nervous but I took the chance and I am glad I did! Austin picked up my new 8 week old puppy and drove from GA overnight to get her here in KS (roughly 20 hours)! We received update picks to both me and the breeder the entire drive! My puppy arrived safe, clean, and happy!! I am so grateful for how well they treated me and my puppy during the trip! Would definitely use them again!!
