I was so nervous to trust strangers with my newly adopted dog that even I hadn't met, since I was adopting him from GA and live in PA. Dependable Driver Solutions LLC offered top notice service for both me and my shelter dog. He arrived so happy and didn't even want to part with Dawn (his driver)! Michael (owner) and Dawn were so kind and wonderful and the communication was open, timely, and truly top notch. These folks truly make the world a better place- for both people and animals! TJ is fantastic. We were nervous about sending our dog with a stranger, but he was very gentle and immediately showed us that our dog was in good hands. The handlers was incredibly kind and gentle with Snuffles, immediately making him feel comfortable and safe. It was clear that they genuinely cared about the animals they were transporting, treating Snuffles with patience, affection, and respect throughout the entire journey. That level of attentiveness made a big difference and gave me real peace of mind. In addition to being very caring, the handlers were extremely professional and reliable. Communication was excellent, with timely updates provided throughout the transport so I always knew where Snuffles was and how he was doing. Every update was clear, reassuring, and prompt, which made the process stress-free. Everything ran on schedule, and the coordination was smooth from pickup to delivery. It is rare to find someone who combines both strong professionalism and such a compassionate approach to animals, but this service delivered exactly that. I would highly recommend this transport service to anyone looking to move their pet safely. In my experience, this is truly one of the best couriers for anyoneâs furry companions. Absolutely horrible. My poor baby came back to me covered in urine and poop. They take 5 of their own dogs on the transport. Leaves very little room for animals they are transporting. She had diarrhea for 4 days. I had to take her to the vet. DO NOT BOOK THIS TRANSPORTER.

Paul with Very Important Pet Transport did an amazing job transporting our standard poodle from Colorado back home. Paul made the whole experience easy. He kept us updated throughout the trip with messages and pictures, which really put our minds at ease. When she got home, she was happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. I needed to find rapid, safe transportation for 3 cats across 1,000 miles from South Carolina to Wisconsin. Adam impressed me with his thoughtful communication and care in his bid and that continued all throughout the experience. Due to unforeseen circumstances we ended up needing transport for 4 cats, not 3, and to add a stop that added 350 miles to the route, AND to delay the start of the trip by a day. Adam was gracious, flexible, kind, calm, and supportive through it all. He and his co-driver provided door to door private transport for the 4 cats in record time, minimizing their stress and helping them relax with catnip whenever they got a little anxious. The kitties had a private ride all to themselves, with no stacking and the ability to see each other, which I am sure also helped them to feel at ease. I even had to send extensive supplies and a cat tree for the 4th cat to take to his new home and Adam rolled with it and made it all work. Along the way Adam gave proactive updates on his progress, ETA, and how the kitties were doing. These are high-needs, anxious cats, and I was so glad I placed my trust in Adam to get them where they needed to go.

Omer was fantastic! Our dog is a rescue that can be skiddish and growl at strangers. Omer worked with him during the transport and they quickly became buddies. It was nice to be able to track their journey and receive pictures along the way. We will definitely be using Omer again in the future!
