Perfect care, perfect communication, perfect transportation! I recommend Cynthia, and will be recommending her to my friends! She negotiated the price with me. I sent her the payment for my dog since the seller only accepted cash, they also wanted a phone call 30 minutes prior to pick up. she called the seller, paid the Seller with the funds I sent her, she picked up my dog (a very long haired maltese) and made sure he had everything that was supposed to go with him. she found some matted knots on him and got them off, she noticed his nails needed trimming, she paid attention to his cues when he needed to go potty, she noticed him scratching at his ear, checked it and didnt notice anything wrong but still mentioned it to me. She paid attention to all the little details! When she arrived and I got to meet her in person, she was very kind and sociable! The kind of person you want to invite in for dinner ❤️ She really went above and beyond for me and for my pup. I wish I could give more than 5 stars and a quick review. Thank you Cynthia 🥰

My experience after working with Arete, I DON’T recommend them. 1 star for getting my pet from point A to point B. Arete did the pick up. Then added everyone involved in a group message. It took 4 days of traveling from Texas-Washington. We received usually a photo or a 7-10sec quick video of him from an elevated angle, pointing downward. When my dog arrived it was late night & dark outside. When I brought my dog inside I realized some blood on the floor. I looked all around him and found pressure sores on his paws, elbows & Hocks. If I could post photos and videos of this I would. I had to take him to the vet today because the wounds are oozing and now he’s on meds and is in constant pain. If there was in fact there is a Vet 24/7, we should have been notified of his wounds and/or should have been treated. They should have check on my pet in their care. There’s no way they couldn’t have seen these wounds. Please save your pet from being picked up by this company. You might end up having to take your pet straight to the vet.
