Jacob and Brenda were absolutely outstanding from start to finish. They picked up my dog, Archie, from JFK after an international flight and safely transported him to Albany. Throughout the entire process they were professional, reliable, and incredibly caring. It was obvious that they genuinely care about the animals they transport, not just about completing the job. After such a long and stressful journey, knowing Archie was in such capable hands gave me tremendous peace of mind. They kept me informed, handled everything smoothly, and treated Archie with kindness and patience. He arrived calm, safe, and well cared for. I couldnāt have asked for a better experience. Very satisfied, Ryan was the first man that Tony has ever loved. He spent more time loving on Ryan when his own Daddy was around. They spent an hour with us after they brought the animals back. They were such lovely people that we will use them again in December. Iām not sure how to request the same people again as this will be the first time we have loved the transporters. We had so much in common with them. Even my cat adored Kathryn, she was rubbing up against her and purring. If it wasnāt on video, Iām not sure I would have believed it. You know they are lovely people when the animals adore the transporters.

Tommy traveled from Washington state to Florida. We received daily updates and casual conversation when needed. The estimated date was exactly as promised. We received daily pictures. When Tommy arrived he seemed bonded with the driver and kept going back to her for snuggles. We will use them in the future if it works out.

Lois was absolutely amazing and patient. We arrived after a very long flight, and she picked up Jango, took great care of him, and kept us updated throughout the entire trip. Jango was very happy and relaxed during the journey, and when he arrived home he was in great spirits. She drove with Jango for over 10 hours, made proactive rest stops for him, made sure he had food and water ā I truly felt he was in good hands. Thank you so much!!!

Emi was professional from our very first conversations. This was new to us transporting an animal across the country, but Emi made it all easy. She takes awesome care of the animals and she is checking in with tons of updates pictures and texts. Emi cares for the animal as if it was her own. She delivered on time with no issues and a healthy happy puppy.
