Oh my gosh!! Our first shipping experience and it couldnât have been better! Emi is fantastic! Great contact, shared photos and info along the way, and the best part, (other than getting my pet safe and sound) she LOVES the animals in her care. Showers them with affection, watches out for them, makes sure their comfort is a priority. She probably takes better care than some owners do. Amazing service from start to finish. Laura took incredible care of our two dogs, stayed in regular touch throughout the trip, and displayed an incredible amount of patience when, just 10 minutes from the destination, got stuck in traffic for 4 hours while a mudslide was resolved!!!
