We had an amazing experience with Couple of Paws! They safely transported our two girls coast to coast in just two days, and both dogs arrived happy, relaxed, and in great spirits. Brianna and Caleb were absolutely awesome — you can immediately tell how much they genuinely love dogs. Our pups took an instant liking to them at pickup, which gave us so much peace of mind. They were extremely communicative, sending photo and status updates three times a day, and they picked up and delivered exactly on time as promised. They truly went above and beyond for our senior lab — helping her in and out of the car, administering her medications, adding special treats to her food to make sure she ate well, and ensuring she was comfortable and content the entire journey. We will definitely be using Couple of Paws again and highly recommend them to anyone who needs fast, reliable, 5-star pet transport services. Brianna and Caleb will treat your pets as if they were their own!

Paul was terrific and really helped us to feel completely comfortable moving our family pet from Oregon to Massachusetts. We of course like any pet owner had concerns about handing off our beloved dog to someone who would be ferrying the pet a few thousand miles in a few days. Paul was terrific. He answered all our questions throughout the process and assured us that he was the right person for the job. We were delighted with his communication and the updates (including pictures) he sent throughout the journey. Our dog arrived safely, in great shape and we were beyond thrilled that we entrusted Paul with our pet. Only hope he got to see the Bruins in Boston at the end of the trip to the East Coast. :-)

I would definitely use Russ again. He kept in touch at every step from the day I hired him until he delivered my dog. We had a few things happen with the shelter getting him the dog, but he was patient and the ladies on the other end appreciated him, too. I live in Colorado and the dog was in Georgia, so he had to do a lot of driving. He spent 3 nights on the road in motels with my dog, too. He went above and beyond with everything and I totally trusted him. I would recommend him in a heart beat. He loves dogs and what he does and it shows.
