We had the absolute best experience with Lucas East-West flight nanny. From the beginning they were open and transparent. They stayed in communication with us while I decided what direction I wanted to go in. This was my first time using a pet transport company, so I was a bit apprehensive but they answered all my questions and even worked with me regarding budget, flight times, and other arrangements. I would not hesitate to use them again. I would recommend Lucas East West Flight Nanny to anyone looking to safely transport their pets. My cat arrived calm, collected, and happy. If I ever need to transport her again, I will be sure to use Lucas East West flight nanny without hesitation.

Delivered broken kennel, communication was almost nonexistent, after asking them to replace the broken kennel. They blamed it on the airline. Even though they didnāt say anything on the day of the flight to anybody to let us know the airline broke the kennel and went ont o accuse this military family of being addicts and hustlers for trying to get a replacement kennel. No accountability.

This service deserves a 6 star review honestly. They brought my 3 Yorkies from LAX to WA and it was a dream. I knew every stepb of the way, video updates, text messages. Everything so professional and reassuring. Puppies delivered healthy and happy after they spend a week traveling from Africa. I cannot recommend this service strong enough. I will use them again and my daughter will use them when her pups arrive. Wonderful service, wonderful people.

MIGUEL IS SO WONDERFUL!!! He was very upfront and transparent about everything. He delivered our new puppy all the way from Delaware to our home in Southern Alabama. Miguel had several other stops along the way. (Kindly adding my trip last minute to his route) The morning he picked up our puppy, he sent me a Life360 link, and I was able to follow his trip all the way to the location in Delaware where he picked up our puppy. When he picked her up, he sent me a video of her safely being put into her kennel for the long trip, also sent a picture and texted confirmation of the pickup. For the next two days, he kept me in the Life 360 circle so I could see where he was with my pet at all times, even at night, and other stops he had to make before mine. This guy can sure can drive and cover some ground in just a couple days! He went all along the east coast, down into Florida, looping around to Tampa, before coming back up again to the Alabama Gulf Coast to bring my new puppy home to me, all in 2 days. The morning of his trip to my house, I got a video update of the puppy eating to show me she was still doing ok. It was truly a huge comfort to be kept on live GPS 24/7 from the moment he was on his way to pick up our puppy, to the moment he handed her to me 2 days later. Also getting the video and picture updates was definitely an extra reassurance. I'm sure it wasn't easy dealing with a whiny 8 week old puppy for 2 days, and I appreciate the care he gave her. We will be using him again if we ever need to, and will be recommending PetWay to anyone who needs pet transportation.

Aaron at Fast and Furriest Transport is nothing short of amazing! We were moving across country and I was very nervous about sending my dog with someone we didnāt know although he had excellent reviews. He was very communicative before and during the process which put my mind at ease. What about my neurotic dog who is scared of everything and is very hesitant around new people? Well, she hopped into the car and never looked back! I received videos and pictures throughout and she was living her best life. Best of all he got her to us a day early!! I would 100% use Fast & Furriest Transport again!!
