Using Sam to help transport our father’s dog from Minneapolis to San Diego was the first time we had ever used a Citizen Shipper service, so we really didn’t know what to expect. We submitted our request and, within just a few hours, had several strong options to choose from. After reviewing everyone carefully, we decided on Sam because of his outstanding reviews — and we are so glad we did. We were definitely a little nervous since this was our first experience doing something like this, but the moment Sam arrived, we immediately felt at ease. His vehicle was spotless and set up like the “doggy Four Seasons” inside — you could instantly tell he truly cares about the animals he transports. We had trackers on Loki, so we always knew where they were, but Sam went above and beyond with communication. At every stop, we received updates, pictures, and even a really great video. It brought us so much joy watching Loki’s great adventure as he made his way quickly from Minneapolis to San Diego. Communication was effortless the entire trip. We always felt informed, connected, and reassured. Most importantly, it genuinely felt like Sam loved and cared for our dog just as much as we do. Thank you, Sam. If we could give you more stars, we absolutely would.

Ricardo was communicative throughout the trip and provided for the welfare of the dog by delivering Max very late at night. Max had gotten car sick a few times during the trip. We would definitely use Ricardo again.

I cannot recommend our dog transporter enough! Driving our dogs cross country is no small task, and he made the entire experience stress-free from start to finish. He was incredibly sweet, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure our dogs were safe, comfortable, and well cared for throughout the trip. He regularly sent us photos, videos, and text check-ins, which gave us so much peace of mind while they were traveling. He also shared his location with us during the drive, which we really appreciated. It was obvious how much care and attention he put into making sure they were happy and comfortable every step of the way. If you are looking for someone trustworthy, communicative, and compassionate to transport your pets, I would absolutely recommend him!

I was a little worried going with them because they did not have many reviews but took the chance due to urgency. BAH Logistics did a real good job finding a great driver (shout out to Oneil) that could handle the shipment very quickly. Communication was clear and not too overwhelming during the bidding process. I hope they handle other customers as well as I was.
