I have never had an animal transported before and they made it so seemless!! He transported my dog from Florida to Illinois and kept me updated with texts and pictures the whole time which I appreciate so much. I would absolutely use him again to transport if needed.

Very satisfied with the excellent service that was provided in delivering my Pembroke Welsh Corgi to my residence. My drver Marques was texting me all details of trip until arrival. The whole experience with Factory Transpoters was flawless!

They were wonderful. I was alil nervous since I ain't heard of tha website till recently. He even went out of his way to contact someone in tha area to watch my dogs till we made it.
