Absolutely a five star experience. Professionalism defined. They took a last minute job for me two days before Christmas and delivered just as they said. I was nervous because there are a lot of scammers and I was concerned about not getting good service or any at all. When I finally spoke to Melo I was relaxed and reassured. Very good people. Very professional. Very knowledgeable. I am very satisfied. The puppy arrived safe and sound and I couldn’t be happier. They went through a lot to make sure my kids had a puppy on Christmas Day. I will definitely be calling them again for service if I need another one. I will also be recommending them to any breeder I speak with. The best service I’ve had and this isn’t my first experience.

good experience over all. I would have loved a GPS tracking for the delivery travel time. And the emails and pictures were not the greatest, but still 5 stars from me because they did the job well and my dog was happy and safe. I felt well taken care of.

Well I have never used a pet transporter and if I ever did I would want to know all about them. I am a state law enforcement officer and naturally skeptical. I could not find anything but good comments and reviews about Luxury Pet Transport. Their prices were fair but I had not talked to them yet. I was really nervous trusting anyone to pick up two 8 week old puppies 1,000s of miles away much less risking being scammed. I accepted their bid and it wasn’t until I spoke to them that all my concerns had been laid to rest and I could tell they were pet and people lovers. Everything I was promised by Luxury was accomplished from updates every 4 to 5 hours to a flawless pickup and delivery. My puppies arrived happy and unstressed I could tell they were well taken care of. Oh and did I mention they delivered my puppies 5 days early . Luxury personnel are very professional all the way down to watching the weather for my pets safety. They had been watching the weather and saw the weather up north was suppose to be very dangerous the week of the agreed pickup and they showed great concern for my puppies well being. Luxury explained to me what was going on and asked if I would want them picked up a week early I answered yes. They contacted the breeder and arranged a pick up date along with location. I did not have to worry about one thing due to Luxury taking care of it all.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The service was outstanding!!! The puppy was delivered to California same day from Florida via PRIVATE JET!!! I honestly feel like I should’ve paid more for this service. My pup was handled with so much care. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!! 🙏

It was a pleasure working with Luxury Pet Transport. I needed a solution to get my 75 pound pup, Cooper, from St Louis to Houston when I relocated. They made the process easy. Picked him up on time and delivered him the same day safe and happy! Even got pictures along the trip to ease my mind. 5 stars!

They were on time both during pickup and drop-off. I had requested a solo ride and mentioned my dogs get sick if taken to dog parks so i asked them to take them elsewhere(no high dog traffic areas to do their business) and they accomodated me. . My dogs were well taken care of . Their vehicle also was clean and neat.They sent updates to us with photos regularly. Very happy with their service and highly recommend them.

They did exactly what they said they were going to do and kept me updated the entire time they had my dog. Would definitely recommend.
