At first, i was very hesitant to utilize this site as the process can seem shady to anyone who has been taken advantage of online before. I can now say with confidence I am glad i placed my trust in Luxury Pet Transport. Ms. Annesha and her family took me very seriously and heard my needs, and acted on them. Her uncle Mello and her husband were punctual, arriving at exactly the time and location specified to pick up my rascals. The cats were well-handled and cared for as if they were their own family, and arrived in Honolulu, at exactly the time specified. Service like this is not cheap, but it is not just transportation you are paying for. it is punctuality and peace of mind. They have my utmost respect and recommendation!

My pet has never traveled before but Uncle Mellow put her right at ease and he took very good care of her from the beginning until the end of her journey. Perfect score across the board! You can count on exceptional service and I would use them again! Thank you so much Uncle!

Luxury Pet Transport brought our dog from Dallas, Texas to Virginia. They were able to bring our pup despite flights being cancelled due to weather! I appreciate the thorough communication, timeliness, and them going the extra mile for us. Will be reusing services.

This was quite the experience, first off I mistakenly listed the wrong weight for my 2 dogs, mainly because it was my first time using this website: which complicated things from the jump, but Luxury Pet Transport rolled with the punches and corrected what needed to be corrected. Then there was the giant snowstorm that affected most of the country, which delayed things even further, but again, they rolled with it and adjusted everything accordingly. Uncle Mello (the man who picked up my dogs and watched after them) is the GOAT. My 2 dogs had to stay with him for a couple days at his house and I couldn’t have asked for a better guy to do so. He took care of them like they were his own dogs. They brought the dogs to a vet they work with regularly and handled all my health certificate paperwork and some vaccination stuff to make sure they were 100% good to go to land in Hawaii and be directly released from the airport. My trip had complications but were not their fault, and they handed it all the best they could and got the job done. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. They also take great care of military members (I’m in the navy). I appreciate all the help they provided. Thanks!

Absolutely a five star experience. Professionalism defined. They took a last minute job for me two days before Christmas and delivered just as they said. I was nervous because there are a lot of scammers and I was concerned about not getting good service or any at all. When I finally spoke to Melo I was relaxed and reassured. Very good people. Very professional. Very knowledgeable. I am very satisfied. The puppy arrived safe and sound and I couldn’t be happier. They went through a lot to make sure my kids had a puppy on Christmas Day. I will definitely be calling them again for service if I need another one. I will also be recommending them to any breeder I speak with. The best service I’ve had and this isn’t my first experience.

good experience over all. I would have loved a GPS tracking for the delivery travel time. And the emails and pictures were not the greatest, but still 5 stars from me because they did the job well and my dog was happy and safe. I felt well taken care of.
