Absolutely amazing. Right from the beginning Howard made me comfortable knowing he was transporting my 4 cats. Pick up was in a small northern california mountain town up and down a windy road, then all the way to the other side of california to an ocean town. He let me know when he arrived at pick up and when he left and gave me up dates along the way. When I met him he was so nice! Didn't complain about my cats crying (which im sure they did!!) I would recommend Howard 100%!!!

Would not take paypals goods and services for this service, kept insisting on using a payment method with no buyer protection. We made an agreement for cash instead that HE BAILED OUT ON HOURS BEFORE MEETUP, then texted me later complaining about the money he spent on tickets that he didn't use because HE BACKED OUT

The transport was fabulous! We had two kittens transported from Alabama to North Carolina. Sharonda was very professional, very sweet, and personable. She arrived on time for pickup and gave me updates throughout the trip, and my two babies arrived safe and sound. She was very responsive to any questions and messages I sent along the route and got back to me very quickly. It really put my mind at ease. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for smooth transportation and very caring, responsive owners! It was a great experience. Thank you, Doghouse Kennel for the wonderful experience.

Moving across states is so stressful, but Colleen put my mind at ease about our dogs. She communicated often snd responded quickly to questions. She took pictures along the way, gave them plenty of breaks, and when I needed two extra hours for the movers to complete their job, she was happy to spend the extra time with him. It was a wonderful experience.!

Moving two cats from Oregon to South Carolina is stressful enough, but one of ours is a certified drama queen on a good day. I was honestly terrified about how theyād handle a cross-country road trip, but hiring Emi was the best decision we could have made. She kept us completely connected the entire time with photos, videos, and regular updates from the road, which was an absolute lifesaver for my peace of mind. What blew me away was her patience. When the cats were too stressed to eat, Emi actually hand-fed them to make sure they felt safe and cared for. Both cats arrived safe, sound, and remarkably settled after that many miles. If we ever have to move them again, I wouldn't hesitate for a second to hire Emi. She is the absolute gold standard.

After such a long and stressful journey, knowing Archie was in such capable hands gave me tremendous peace of mind. Very satisfied, Ryan was the first man that Tony has ever loved. He spent more time loving on Ryan when his own Daddy was around. They spent an hour with us after they brought the animals back. They were such lovely people that we will use them again in December. Iām not sure how to request the same people again as this will be the first time we have loved the transporters. We had so much in common with them. Even my cat adored Kathryn, she was rubbing up against her and purring. If it wasnāt on video, Iām not sure I would have believed it. You know they are lovely people when the animals adore the transporters.

Tommy traveled from Washington state to Florida. We received daily updates and casual conversation when needed. The estimated date was exactly as promised. We received daily pictures. When Tommy arrived he seemed bonded with the driver and kept going back to her for snuggles. We will use them in the future if it works out.
