Jeffrey went over and above my expectations! The cats were very upset being put in a cage and being taken from the only home they ever knew. He stopped shortly after leaving to get some calming spray for them, which helped them to relax. They were delivered safe and on time. A special thank you goes to Jeffrey!!

Elizabeth was absolutely fabulous! She was great with her communication and stayed in touch throughout the journey including before she picked them up and then when she was on the road with my fur babies! Ensuring me that they were in great hands, and they definitely took to her as the pictures she sent showed! Thank you so much! It was a very long couple of days on this long distance move that kept me up approximately 42 hours and it was so nice to not worry about the safety of my fur babies!

We recently had our Giberian Shepsky puppy, Nova, transported from Texas to Upstate New York by Justin from PPX Transport, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. Justin was professional, communicative, and dependable from start to finish. He sent constant updates, along with pictures and videos, which gave us a lot of peace of mind throughout the trip. We always knew how Nova was doing and where she was, and that meant a lot to us. This was especially important because we had used CitizenShipper in the past with a different transporter and had a terrible experience. At that time, we had no idea where our dog was for much of the trip, he arrived filthy, and the transporter even lost his puppy bag and shot records. This experience with Justin was the complete opposite. Nova arrived safe, clean, happy, and even about 24 hours earlier than expected. Justin was also very fair and reasonable on price. If you are looking for someone to safely transport a pet and keep you informed every step of the way, I highly recommend Justin from PPX Transport.

I truly feel like I hit the lottery finding Darby. There were so many options and bids, and somehow I got so lucky choosing her.
