I hired this person thinking she was a good match but she was extremely rude. Told us she’d be there in 30 minutes a hour later I ask in text and she wants to be rude and say “I needed gas. G car wint nice without gas” whatever. Upon drop off and rushed me and I had to park in middle of driveway. She was extremly rude handed me puppy with attitude. fast forward I got no updates about my puppy she arrived smelling very bad of urine. I would never recommend this driver.

Bare truck frame
Poor communication throughout the entire process. After signing a contract, I could not get consistent responses or a confirmed pickup plan despite multiple attempts to reach out. Ended up having to cancel and go another direction. Would not recommend.

Exceptional service in transporting my dog from the Bay Area to La ~ Kyle provided updates throughout the journey and shared his GPS location, which was helpful and comforting. Punctual and communicative from the moment of booking, and very responsible with the belongings that accompanied my dog. He stopped along the trip to give my dog a walk and outdoor relief. Highly recommend Kyle’s services, and would absolutely hire him again for pet transport!

We had an absolutely outstanding experience with Melisa as our pet transporter! From start to finish, she was professional, communicative, and incredibly attentive to every detail. We had just welcomed a brand new puppy into our family and specifically chose ground transportation over a flight nanny because we wanted to minimize stress and ensure a calm, safe journey. Melisa exceeded every expectation we had. She treated our puppy with such genuine care and compassion; it was clear this is more than just a job to her. One of the things we appreciated most was how thoughtful and consistent she was with updates. She regularly sent messages and videos throughout the trip, which gave us so much peace of mind. Being able to actually see our puppy happy, safe, and well cared for meant everything to us. When our puppy arrived, he was relaxed, content, and clearly had been in the best hands. That alone speaks volumes about the level of care Melisa provides. If you are looking for someone trustworthy, responsible, and truly exceptional to transport your pet, I cannot recommend Melisa highly enough.
