I booked a pet transport service with Jason for my dog Waffles. We booked several months in advance and the details were largely settled, but Jason still took the time to check in with me regularly leading up to the trip, which reassured me the plan was still on. He arrived exactly when he said he would with safe transportation equipment and delivered my little guy safe and sound to his destination. Itās clear he really loves animals and pays attention to their comfort, plus heās easy to deal with and a nice guy all around. Highly recommend!

We had such a great experience with Tony as our flight nanny! Our transport ended up having a few unexpected hiccups due to airline and plane issues that were completely out of his control, but Tony remained calm and reassuring throughout the entire process. He continuously assured us that everything would work out in the end, which made a stressful situation so much easier. His communication was absolutely amazing. He kept in constant contact with us through phone calls and texts and provided pictures and updates throughout the entire trip, so we always knew exactly what was going on and how our puppy was doing. We never felt left in the dark for a second. You can tell Tony genuinely cares about the animals he transports and the families waiting for them. Even when things didnāt go exactly according to plan, he handled everything professionally and made sure our puppy made it safely to us. We would 100% recommend Tony to anyone needing a flight nanny! 10/10 experience and we would absolutely trust him again in the future. Thank you so much, Tony, for getting Penelope home safely!

Amanda was incredible. She did a wonderful job transporting our German Shepherd rescue from the California desert to our doorstep. She asked good questions in advance of picking up our GSD, inquiring if the dog would feel more comfortable in a crate or loose in the back of her car for the trip. She was right on time for pick up and sent updates along the way. Very friendly. Very professional. I would recommend Amanda to anyone!
