This was quite the experience, first off I mistakenly listed the wrong weight for my 2 dogs, mainly because it was my first time using this website: which complicated things from the jump, but Luxury Pet Transport rolled with the punches and corrected what needed to be corrected. Then there was the giant snowstorm that affected most of the country, which delayed things even further, but again, they rolled with it and adjusted everything accordingly. Uncle Mello (the man who picked up my dogs and watched after them) is the GOAT. My 2 dogs had to stay with him for a couple days at his house and I couldnât have asked for a better guy to do so. He took care of them like they were his own dogs. They brought the dogs to a vet they work with regularly and handled all my health certificate paperwork and some vaccination stuff to make sure they were 100% good to go to land in Hawaii and be directly released from the airport. My trip had complications but were not their fault, and they handed it all the best they could and got the job done. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. They also take great care of military members (Iâm in the navy). I appreciate all the help they provided. Thanks!

I promise your in safe, reliable, trustworthy hands with Josph. He was overly patient with me. I had never had anything transported before. I had no idea what I was doing. I even gave him the wrong location for pickup and sent him money ( $100 bucks for a deposit) after realizing my request for pick up was very wrong. ( being my fault) He refunded me the money right away. Which showed me he was a green flag â for me. I was having to go through 3 different people to get details on when & where I can have my brotherâs dog picked up. ( mind you: my brother had just been submitted in detox & rehab) After I finally got all the details needed for Joseph guy. He sent pictures of my brotherâs dog and communicated with me the entire time. And shared his location!!! He was so friendly and understanding. I highly recommend him. You wonât regret it. I couldnât have asked for a better experience. Iâm so grateful for him and his workmanship.

After two other moving companies went radio silent and left my senior parents stranded in a house full of boxes on moving day, Eric and Hailey were a godsend. Moving is stressful enough, but with one of my parents being autistic, the reliability and care provided were even more critical. They handled the move from Taunton, MA to Stuart, FL with incredible professionalism. Hailey is a packing geniusâshe organized, wrapped, and optimized every single inch of the enclosed trailer to ensure everything was safe. Most importantly, she kept me in the loop throughout the entire journey, which gave our family such peace of mind. I have zero complaints and would recommend them to anyone looking for movers who actually care.

First time citizenshipper/dog transport user honest and detailed review: I was in a pinch and needed to get back home. Searching for dog transportation was all brand new to me. I didnât know it even websites like this existed but Iâm so grateful for it . I loved the fact that the moment I posted that I need my dog sent to Florida from Georgia I got so many bids within seconds! Factory transporter stood out to me the most not only because of their most recent reviews but also they were the only ones that had a very reasonable price. They arrived on the later side but the man (which I thought it would be a women since thatâs what the name was under) was nice. I did ask for him to share his location via iPhone since thatâs how they reach out but he wasnât sure how to use it and there was some sort of glitch.so I just left it alone. I was definitely nervous at first and hoping and praying it wasnât a scam since I had to pay the website fee separately which was a bit pricey and then also pay a deposit separately to the drivers/company (You pay the other half once you get your pet which i was happy about that)I didnât get photos but communication was consistent if I had a question. I really appreciate the hard work and the long distance he drove from Wisconsin to Georgia to then Florida to bring me my only baby back home. So happy that I found this website and that I chose them to transport my pup. I would recommend factory transporters to anyone that is ever in need of transporting their furry family members. Moving with five dogs from Texas to Washington is a massive undertaking, but Robbie made it feel easy. He transported our entire crewâa German Shepherd, Goldendoodle, Sheltie, and two Miniature Schnauzersâwith incredible care and professionalism. Robbie went out of his way to accommodate our special requests and was always available to answer questions. The communication was outstanding; he sent regular text updates with photos showing the dogs eating, drinking, and enjoying 'potty stops' or 'taking a walk.' Being able to track his GPS location for the entire journey gave us total peace of mind. He is lightning-fast to respond to both texts and phone calls and truly went above and beyond in every way imaginable. Bottom line, if you are on here getting bids from different providers and Robbie submitted a bid to you.... DO IT!!! He will put you at ease and take care of your babies like they are his own.
