If I could give 10 stars, I would. Pupcation did an amazing job transporting my dog on a 17-hour drive. Pickup was right on time, and Chris, the driver was extremely knowledgeable about dogs—especially large breeds, which was important since my dog is over 100 pounds. The service was 1-on-1, which was very important to us as this prevented a stressful journey for our dog. Chris was professional, kind, and trustworthy, and I felt completely safe putting my dog in his care. Throughout the trip, we received regular updates and photos, which we truly appreciated. We look forward to receiving photos from a complimentary photo shoot of our dog. I can’t say enough great things about the service we received. Truly exemplary and greatly, greatly appreciated.
