Dependable Driver Solutions LLC was truly a godsend. After researching several companies, they stood out with excellent reviews and BBB ratings, which gave me confidence. Michael was incredibly thorough and quickly arranged next-day pickup with a dedicated two-driver team—no long, multi-stop transport. Liz and Larry were outstanding. They drove straight through, provided updates every few hours with photos, videos, and live location tracking, and took great care of Toby with regular breaks and walks. Toby arrived happy, safe, and right on time. I’m beyond grateful—highly recommend!

They evaluated what was being transported and took care in the packing, wrapping and positioning of items being transported. What I appreciated more than their care for what they're transporting was their care for themselves and communication with others. Terrible experience with driver DWAYNE. I would never hire him or use this company again. First issue - told him our dog was highly reactive to other dogs and yet he drove with another dog in the car anyways and stated they couldn't accommodate a one on one ride. His updates during the trip were much further apart than the 3-5 hours that he promised. He lied about where the dogs slept (said they were with him in a hotel when he in fact left them in a parking garage overnight, proven via tracker on the dog). He spent 12 hours in Las Vegas for no reason with no explanation, when that wasn't even on the way for the route he needed to take. He was not reachable during that time and lied about not having reception in a major metropolitan city. He also lied about where the photos he sent me of the dog were taken, and when (easily proven through apple time/date stamps, showing photos had been taken days prior). Refused to send any photos of the dogs in the hotel with him (because they never were) claiming he hadn't received my 5+ texts between 2am - 10 am requesting them. Emailed the "owner" of the company with concerns and received no response. Likely not licensed by USDA. Dwayne is presumably a subcontractor they paid who is not even an employee of All Aboard Transportation. He also had me send payment to an LLC registered in his name, not this company's name. Refused to even let the dog out of the vehicle when they reached their destination until receiving second payment. Drove in excess of 10 hours a day, violating trucker standards. Drove the dogs in an SUV, not a van. Additionally, there is a reputable company named "All Aboard Pet Transport" which you can google and is in NO WAY affiliated with this company on citizen shipper. They have received numerous complaints about Dwayne and other drivers at this fake company from customers trying to get ahold of the nonexistent owner who found their phone number instead. Exercise caution. Do not hire this company. Do not even contact them as this awful driver DWAYNE is apparently the one who responds to their chat/messaging feature through citizenshiper. You will not have any idea where your dog is, or what condition they are in and your dog will likely not be safe. Put a tracker on your dog's collar and another in the kennel. Get a picture of the license plate before they leave with your dog. Ask to see their driver's license and USDA registration. HIRE A DIFFERENT COMPANY. It's a miracle our dog arrived alive.
