I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Traci. Her attention to details and communication are outstanding. She was able to help me transport our puppy with just a couple of days notice. She walked me through purchasing the correct crate and even went out and purchased containers to jerry rig as food and water holders for the crate. I received an influx of videos and photos of our puppy throughout the entire journey. There was a long flight delay during a transfer, and Traci insisted that someone check on the puppy in the cargo area. She stayed at the window the entire time to ensure that our puppy remained on the plane. When we picked her up, Traci had already cleaned her and her crate. If you're researching pet transporters, you can stop now - I would use Traci again in a heartbeat.

Deborah did a WONDERFUL job transporting my boy across the country! She managed to do it in just a little over 2 days, which was incredible. My baby arrived in perfect condition and exactly when Deborah said he would. The GPS she provides is such great peace of mind - you can see exactly where your pup is at in their journey. And when she realized she had forgotten to drop off his raised feeder , she swung by again the next morning to make sure we got it. I would highly recommend her services! Thanks again for getting Sputnik home safe and sound. :)

I moved from Texas to Oregon, and needed to coordinate transporting my pet. I have a Corgi, and was very nervous about trusting someone to transport my dog. I looked into airline options, but the cargo area isnât climate controlled through American Airlines. After talking to my friend whoâs a breeder, she recommended citizen shipper. I posted a listing and immediately had several bids. Many of them were outrageous (several thousand dollars). After talking to Byron with all aboard, my mind was put at ease. I sent a 50% deposit and that same day he was able to pick her up and drove her from Texas to Oregon. He maintained excellent communication and updated me with several photos throughout the day. He fed her, watered her, and stopped for bathroom breaks many times everyday to make sure she was comfortable. He arrived right on time, and Bella arrived happy and healthy! Thank you Byron for providing outstanding service. You made this experience very seamless and easy.

Omg! So thankful! I am a first time pet parent so this whole experience was new to me. Osman was kind and understanding; he answered all of my questions. Very organized, he was able to give me all the details and information up front. Pricing was transparent and straight to the point. Paws & Pathways Transport has a onbroading, pick-up, and drop-off process that just makes things easeful. If youâre sending for your dog, and youâre not there for the pickup âNO WORRIESâ My dog was with my uncle and I was sending for him â so I wanted to be sure that Osman was okay with communicating with my uncle when it was time to pick up Luckiie. Everything went smoothly. I was given pickup windows when it came to the time, but then as he got closer he would give updated timing. Osman shared photos throughout the trip. Luckiie looked happy and calm in the photos, and that really kept me in a state of peace. Overall, what was advertised in the service was met. Osman was super kind, timely, and organized. Everything went super smooth. Luckiie made it to me in happy spirits. So happy I went with Paws & Pathways Transport; HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
