There were some initial communication/coordination issues with the breeder. However, Tayvonna (the owner) diligently stayed on top of things and transported our female Boerboel puppy! Daniel (the driver) was extremely professional, considerate and responsible individual. They shared his location details through a specific app called Live360 so that we could monitor in real time the progress of the transport. We couldn't be more pleased with the service and highly recommend this service provider. 5 stars all the way!

DO NOT HIRE THIS TRANSPORTER!!! Seruously, what a nightmare. I chose this transporter to take my three cats from Sacramento to Chicago last month based on the positive reviews they had recieved. Sara was unable to take them herself and hired a subcontractor, promising them the total amount I was originally quoted. At this point I had already sent the deposit to Sara and I paid the remainder to the subcontractor, but midway through the journey the subcontracted transporter began calling me and demanding the deposit which Sara was refusing to send them. At this point, I began mediating an argument between two adults who were refusing to work with each other, with Sara refusing to speak to the subcontractor and yield the deposit and even blocking her at one point when it became "too much". This should not have been my job. I had already paid the full amount. However, the subcontracted transporter threatened to turn around if the money was not sent. Sara then agreed to return the deposit but it would take several days. The transporter, now a thousand miles away from their starting point, told me that my cats would not be delivered if the money was not recieved. At this point I am having a complete breakdown over the safety of my animals while also trying to manage my own move across the country. I ended up paying the deposit twice, the second time directly to the subcontractor, to ensure the safety of my animals. Sara assured me that she would return the $350 I was owed but has now been radio silent for a month and is not answering my texts. The level of unprofessionalism and the emotional distress caused by this incident is unforgivable, I would not trust this woman with transporting a fake plant, let alone your beloved pets. Unbelievable.

I loved the service and kindness of Lali and Jackson. I only wish I could save more dogs and hire them again and again to safely deliver dogs to their destination. They are both awesome people, total animal lovers and now personal and rescue friends.

Howard was courteous, communicative, kind and reliable in transporting our two cats, mochi and Nico. Prior to the trip he provided us with advice and also set up scheduling with accommodating our schedule in mind. On the morning of the trip he arrived at our home ahead of time and ready to go. Howard provided updates and securely delivered our pets. He is outstanding and I highly recommend him.

Gina was amazing. I was completely new to all of this and nervous at first having a puppy delivered from so far away, but she made the experience a lot easier. She kept me updated, was very easy to talk to, and has a great caring personality. She put me at ease, and took great care of my puppy on a very long trip. I'm definitely keeping her number if I ever need anyone to do this again.
