āāāāā Overall, I had a good experience. Communication was great throughout the trip, and she kept me updated. She clearly takes safety first, which I really appreciated. There were some unexpected issues along the way, and because of the long drive and a rainstorm, she chose to stop overnight to get some rest rather than continue driving while tired. I respect that decision because safety should always come first. She was also supposed to have her location shared throughout the trip, but there were some issues because her phone battery was getting low, and she was trying to conserve it so it would last. While I would have preferred to have the location available the entire time, she still kept me informed with updates. My puppy arrived later than originally expected, but he arrived safe, healthy, and well cared for, which was the most important thing. Despite the delay and the location issue, she handled everything professionally and did a good job. I appreciate the communication, her focus on safety, and the care she showed during transport.

Heather is an excellent pet transporter! We hired her to transport Lily, my mom's Bichon/Shitzu mix, from New Jersey to California. Lily is just a little too big to take in the passenger cabin on a plane. The only other option was to be placed in the cargo area of the plane with no human or supervision for a 6 hour flight. That honestly sounded like it could be traumatic for a high energy dog who doesn't like being alone. I found Heather on Citizen Shipper. Her price was good, she communicated clearly, sent photos, video, and regular updates on Lily who looked calm and happy during the trip. Thank you Heather!

AAA Pet Transport was nothing but a phenomenal experience. Organized, communicative, treats dogs how they needed to be, and more. My experience can only be summed up as great, I got text messages whenever she arrived at a new location, she sends you a route of what sheās taking, sends pictures of your pet who you can tell even through a phone is comfortable. Pricing is very fair, which you canāt say for everyone on the app. She even let me adjust the date of when I had to pick up my dog. She is the transport you need to take.

The experience was bumpy unfortunately. Pickup day of my item was changed multiple times and then the carrier's truck broke down on the way to NY so my furniture was returned to FL. I then went away on holiday and was told not to get back in contact until I was home and ready for delivery. Then started receiving pressurizing messages saying the item needed to be delivered in the next few days or I would owe 300$+ in extra fees (?)...eventually it was delivered by 2 lovely guys from another company, but honestly the whole thing was stressful.

Patty cancelled with us the week of pickup, and communication beforehand was very poor. I've used citizen shipper before, and we were really disappointed with this. Booking with Patty is costing us hundreds more in the long run due to having to rebook this trip. Proceed with caution before booking.
