Ally was amazing! If you are shipping your pet, you definitely want to pick Ally! I never had a pet shipped but due to an injury I had to have our 8 week old boxer puppy picked up. Ally was amazing from the start and she doesnāt have a bunch of other animals. She treats your pet as her own and share pics along the journey! Sheās so great! I highly recommend her, your pet will be in the best hands and put your mind at ease!!! I would give her 10 stars!!!!

Where do I start!? Iāve never felt so comfortable leaving my dog with anyone! Jorge is the sweetest soul and so welcoming and excited to help! I have a crazy and a bit skiddish 2 year old golden and he handled her perfectly! All the updates with photos and videos made me so much more comfortable with her on the trip! The trucker damaged my Ducati during their transport on Feb 20, 2026. Over $4k damage, insurance only paid about $1.5K, and asked me to collect $2.5K deductibles from the trucker directly. The trucker ignored my text/calls/emails, but when I reflected this to the progressive/Arma, he called me shouting emotionally without any actual payment actions. Arma contacted the driver and provided insurance information, but it seems Arma has either no control over their truckers nor poor choice on who they doing business with. If you don't want to get into this situation, you know what to do now. If you see this, it is still unresolved as of today.

Vom was fantastic to work with and made the entire pet transport process easy and stress-free. He was flexible about transporting my dogās large kennel along with all of his food, toys, and supplies. Communication was excellent before pickup and throughout the trip, and I really appreciated being able to view his location during travel. He sent videos during bathroom breaks, arrived exactly on time for both pickup and drop-off, and clearly cared about my dogās comfort and safety. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing pet transport services!

Melisa was an awesome petsitter and driver! My cats both require medication (shots for insulin, compounded, and many mixed in food) that she was successfully able to administer the whole 5 day trip. She also drove my personal vehicle for this trip and dealt with my giant cat carriers (each had a cat and litterbox in them.) To coordinate we texted and she sent me her planned trip, itinerary, and additional details. A few slight things changed (from weather) which she immediately communicated. I was personally on a rushed, chaotic schedule that she accommodated and was flexible with. I also received daily videos of the catās set ups at each hotel / airbnb they were at. The cats, car, and misc items inside all showed up to my destination in great condition and on time. Highly recommend.
