Pet Transit Solutions were professional and flexible when coordinating with me for a very difficult court-order stolen pet surrender and delivery back home to me. They handled the situation sensitively for everyone (even for the thief surrendering her) and put my parrotâs best interests first. They were attentive and even stopped to pick up some of her favorite fruit for her to nibble on. I never asked them to, they just did it because they felt that was what she needed for the most comfortable trip possible out of a bad situation and a lengthy journey home. Pickup was scheduled 2 days before and delivery from California to Seattle was completed in a remarkable 16 hours door-to-door. Far and above what I was expecting and better by far than anything anyone else was offering. Pricing was absolutely fair and a hefty tip was added. If I could give 10 stars I would do it without even hesitating. Just stop looking, book these people, these are your people!!

The 2026 Royal Enfield Bullet was brand new and needed it's first servicing. The motorcycle looked better when it came back than when I gave it to him. He always airs on the side of caution when he's driving; I observed his driving --he's an expert. He communicates superbly as well.

They came to my home to care for my two cats, which was incredibly important to me since my cats do not tolerate crates and are very uncomfortable being taken outside. Throughout the entire time, Susan kept me updated every few hours with messages, which gave me great peace of mind. She also asked thoughtful questions whenever something came up, making sure she was always providing the best possible care. I truly appreciated the communication, attentiveness, and genuine care they showed for my cats. I had to make a last minute drop off location change and she was able to drop them off in a different location. Iâm traveling from North Carolina to Seattle Washington and I was so so SOOO worried about how to travel with my Rats(Bill and Ted) and mouse(Gizmo). I have never traveled with pets before, let alone small âexoticâ animals like them, I was so scared about the possibility of not being able to take them with me. However, J&J were able to dispel any fears I had about not being able to keep them with me! They were incredibly at communicating with me and helping me prepare for traveling pets for the first time. One of my biggest concerns as a rodent owner especially was finding a shipper who wouldnât be disgusted by or mistreat my animals đ but the moment we started talking and especially after handing the carriers over, all of my worry washed away! J&J where so sweet, gentle, and attentive of my boys, and the way they gushed about them made me feel like I was handing my pets off to a couple who loved them just as much as I did. I was updated regularly with pictures and messages throughout the entire process, and when it came to payment it was a quick and painless Zelle! If I ever needed to move again for whatever reason and needed another pet shipper, it would be J&J in a heartbeat! đ
