Sebastian brought my dog Jack from FL to NM! (Approx 1400 miles). He was extremely good with Jack, sent updates multiple times a day: when they stopped for bathroom breaks, how he was eating, when they got on the road, and when he stopped for the night. I was nervous for this trip, but the level of communication right off the bat put my nerves at ease. I would give 100/10 stars if they’d let me. This company would be my go to if I need pet transport again. Thank you guys so much!!

We had a very erratic (constantly changing) plan do to rhe process of getour home ready for sale. We actually cancelled the trip due to those issues, but were to eventually work through them. Natalia was vey patient. No pressure from her or the other services we inquired with. We also had to deal with the loss of one of our dogs very unexpectedly. Natalia came exactly when stated and followed the plan to a tee. She found a way to fit two of our giant dog crates. Our cays are pretty easy going and so are two of the three dogs which are Mastiffs. One of them, a puppy is severely fearful and only responds to the other dogs. Natalia was able to recognize the issue and deal with it. I was initially concerned that she wouldn’t be able to handle them, but that proved to be untrue. She was great with them. I would highly recommend her.

I cannot recommend Animus Transit enough! They recently handled the relocation of my ESA cats from Weston, FL to Austin, TX, and the experience was flawless from start to finish. Relocating multiple pets is naturally stressful, but their team made it look easy. A few things that really stood out: Communication: Their coordination and follow-up were incredible. I received regular updates on exactly where they were throughout the trip, which gave me such peace of mind. The Driver: Our driver was truly genuine and compassionate. It was clear they didn’t just see my cats as "cargo"—they treated them with real care and kindness. Value: For the level of "white-glove" service provided, the price was very reasonable and affordable. If you have multiple pets and are looking for quality service that won’t break the bank, Animus Transit is the way to go. Five stars all the way!

We appreciate the extra care Melisa took. You could tell she loves dogs and really bonded with ours. She even sent a music link that our dog relaxed and liked. We are very happy with “Duggies‘s Friendly Pet Transportation”. Bradley worked very hard to deliver our puppy to us. He took very good care of our little Whiskey girl during the journey.
