Suzanne drove our car and our miniature golden doodle from Tucson to St Jospeh, MI. She kept in touch with us by text and allowed us to track her so we always knew where she was. This is over 1800 miles and she did the drive in 2 1/2 days. We are thankful for the care she provided for our dog and her communication with us.

I was a little worried going with them because they did not have many reviews but took the chance due to urgency. BAH Logistics did a real good job finding a great driver (shout out to Oneil) that could handle the shipment very quickly. Communication was clear and not too overwhelming during the bidding process. I hope they handle other customers as well as I was.

I’d give zero stars if I could. After taking my deposit their “communication” vanished- calls, texts, voicemails ignored. I needed the driver’s info for my pets’ airbill and got stonewalled, even after involving CitizenShipper. With less than 24 hours until pickup I was forced to scramble for a last-minute carrier, paying way more. Their incompetence means I now have to throw away expensive airline kennels because no one could transport them on such short notice. This was a reckless, unprofessional disaster from a company that couldn’t be bothered to apologize. Avoid them at all costs - the worst, most infuriating experience I’ve ever had. Shame on them!
