She got Onyx here in good condition, as well as hauling Onyx's gear (litter box, carrier, scratching post). She dealt honestly with weather delays and setbacks and communicated her location throughout the trip. She sent a video and a still photo of Onyx in transit. Kind, professional, responsible. I would hire her again.
