I cannot recommend Peace Love Paws Pet Nanny Services enough! Emi was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process of transporting my beagle. From the beginning, she was incredibly kind, attentive, communicative, and detail-oriented, which gave me so much peace of mind during what could have otherwise been a very stressful transition. Throughout the trip, Emi kept me updated on how Bagel was doing, including his meals, walks, potty breaks, and how he was settling in, and she sent plenty of pictures along the way. I really appreciated how attentive she was to his individual needs and how patient and caring she was with him, especially while he adjusted to traveling and being in a new environment. It was very clear that my beagle was genuinely being cared for along the way and knowing he was with someone who was paying close attention to his comfort, safety, and well-being made such a difference for me. My beagle arrived home safely and well cared for, and I am incredibly grateful to Emi for helping make this transition as smooth as possible. I would absolutely trust Peace Love Paws Pet Nanny Services with him again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for someone who will treat their pet with genuine care and attention.

We had such a wonderful experience with Arne! From the very beginning, he was amazing with our dog. He truly cared for her as if she were his own, and you could tell how much he genuinely loves animals. He sent us pictures along the way and called us with updates, which gave us so much peace of mind during the trip. He was caring, professional, and made what could have been a stressful experience so much easier for us. Our girl arrived safely and happy, and we are so grateful to Arne for taking such wonderful care of her. I want to split this review in two separate notes. First - Staci was great with my cats, she was communicative prior to the trip, on-time the day of the trip, she had large kennels for them, and she took frequent pictures and updated me throughout the trip. For this, I'm appreciative. However, I have some serious issues with certain aspects of the trip. 1) A dog was brought with her on the trip. I have zero issue with this, but it should've been disclosed prior to me noticing a dog in the front seat. 2) This is my larger and honestly more concerning issue (and I think future clients should also put into consideration). Staci brought her new boyfriend (I know he's new because her Facebook shows they entered a relationship August 6, 2026), his name is Jordan and I do not believe he went through Citizen Shipper's background check. At the start of the trip, there was some confusion regarding payment, which Staci and I quickly resolved, however, Jordan made a passive aggressive at that time. Upon arrival in Florida with my 3 pets which were in two seperate cages, Jordan took the first cage out and swung it around and then handled it with minimal concern or regard for the two cats inside. The second cage, which was towards the front of the car, was pulled out from the back and swung around as well, striking my car which was parked in the driveway (Staci backed her car in and parked in front of my car). Jordan again, handled the cage without any consideration of my cat. Staci has provided her auto insurance and contact info to resolve the damage to my car. If I would to book her services again, I would only do so if Jordan was not part of it. Based on how I saw him treat my animals, his overall demeanor, and his complete lack of respect of property, I would be concerned on how he treats my pets when I'm not around.

This pet transport was hands on and very accommodating. He got my pet to her location the same day, provided me with picture updates, and treated my pet like his own. I would recommend him to everyone! The rate was very fair as well. Such a great and easy experience.

Friendly, affordable and fast service. My dog was taken care of very well. During transport there was constant communication letting me know how she was doing. Photos and videos were also sent. My pet was delivered happy and well taken care of.

David provided responsible delivery service to us. Even his truck broke down prior to pick-up date, he managed to re-arrange our boat delivery using different vehicle and made it happen this way. So, good overall rating. Another general comment on CitizenShipper experience: The site operates well, but I wish the company would announce their stand-alone fee ahead of time. In my case, this fee was a significant 20% on top of negotiated delivery price and it was pronounced only after the delivery was set-up and deposit paid.
