There are just no words to describe this amazing man!! My babies were in an emotionally fragile state when CJ came into the picture. My babies had been at the vets office for several days, out of state. When arriving at the vets office they were very cautious about who they were allowing my babies to go with. CJ actually suggested bringing them home to his own home for a few days. This action allowed my babies to re establish trust in people!! I just can't imagine finding a more caring and trustworthy person to transport any fur baby for their journey thru out the country! I consider myself extremely lucky to have found such an amazing soul.

Smooth, easy, professional! We had a not so great first experience having someone pick up our trailer, long story short, it didnât work out with that driver. Scrambling to find someone before we flew out from Florida to Oregon, I found ADL, and I swear it was gods work. They were a legit god send! Always there so answer any questions I had and were very prompt to get back to me anytime a day. Trailer was picked up quickly and delivered in a great time frame. Highly recommend them!

Truly an amazing guy. He asked what i my story with the cats was, i told him i put myself in debt to fly my two friends from texas to WA, and drive their cats to wa from there too. Due to them being homeless, in toxic situation i gave them all i had. He let me keep my money, didnt make me pay him. He is so amazing for that he truly deserves all the good the world has to offer! THANK YOU! For your kindness. It means more than you can ever imagine. After losing literally everything i had, he showed me there are still nice people:) i am forever grateful

Kristen was perfect!!! She arrived at our home for the pickup on time and delivered Ollie to my daughter on time. Zero complaints. She sent pictures as well as provided her location the ENTIRE transport. Ollie was delivered on time, safe and sound. If we ever have to have one of our fur babies transported again in the future, we will DEFINITELY use Hayley's VIPaws Express Kristen.

Shipper initially was very good with communication. 24 hours before pick up, they cancelled the trip because we were not able to get Dog to a new location. We had agreed to one location and time, then we were told that wasnât going to work. Be very clear when working with this shipper with dates and pick up times.
