Wow, What a great experience! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! We had a quick turnaround timeframe and lucky critters made it happen! They sent us daily updates of where our dog was with pictures showing how he was doing! It seems like they truly love the animals they travel with. They really do a great job to give the animals the most comfortable experience for the long journeys across country! Highly recommend! Thank you! The critters are truly lucky to travel with you!

Dear Citizenshipper Team, I am writing to extend my deepest gratitude to Terry the animal transporter who assisted me in bringing my beloved exotic Bengal cat, Terry, safely from Maine to my home in Brooklyn, New York. I booked Terryâs transport through Citizenshipper on Monday, and the transporter undertook a long journey, traveling all the way from New Jersey to Maine back and back to Brooklyn on Friday morning. Throughout the day, I was quite anxious and nervous at work, worrying constantly about Terryâs well-being during the trip. However, upon arriving home and seeing her safe and sound, I was immediately reassured. The transporterâs kindness and professionalism truly stood out. He was incredibly thoughtful, regularly sharing his GPS tracker during the entire trip so I could monitor his location and ensure Terry was safe. Receiving updates every five hours greatly calmed my nerves and offered me peace of mind. Additionally, his genuine appreciation for my cat warmed my heart; he commented on how gorgeous she is and even mentioned she is the most beautiful cat he has ever seen. Thanks to the care and dedication of your transporter, I am now the proud and extremely happy owner of my new kitten. This positive experience far exceeded my expectations, and I wanted to personally express my sincere appreciation. Thank you once again for your excellent service
