We had an excellent experience with Dog House Kennel transporting our puppy, Timber. From start to finish, their communication was outstanding. One of my favorite features was the live GPS trackingāit was so reassuring to be able to follow Timberās journey in real time and know exactly where she was. Everything went smoothly, even when I had to make changes to the pickup location on my end. They were incredibly accommodating and flexible, making what could have been a stressful situation completely hassle-free. At drop-off, the drivers were kind, professional, and genuinely caring with Timber. It was obvious they took great care of her during the trip, and she arrived happy, healthy, and well cared for. I couldnāt be happier with the service we received and would absolutely recommend Dog House Kennel to anyone looking for safe, reliable, compassionate pet transportation!

Outstanding Service ā Highly Recommend Bryan! I cannot say enough good things about Bryan from UtopiaRoad Ventures. We needed our Giant Schnauzer, Mingus, transported on a five-hour trip back to his original breeder, and Bryan made a potentially difficult and stressful process incredibly smooth. From the very beginning, his bid was fair, honest, and straightforward with no hidden surprises. When he arrived, he brought a brilliant, calm energy and such great vibes that Mingus immediately felt at ease. Seeing our dog so relaxed and happy in his presence gave us total peace of mind. I'm sure he's great when everything is going right based on his other reviews. My puppy was pretty scared being put in the carrier for an airline and was crying continuously. He didn't even give it 5 minutes to try to calm him down before messaging me that they weren't going to let him on the flight. After a bit of back and forth I requested he give the puppy back to the breeder because I no longer trusted him to comfort the puppy and his immediate response was "as soon as you give me my money". Which I get it, it's not his fault that the puppy was crying and that the flight might not let him on. But I did not appreciate how he appeared to put in no effort to calm the puppy and was immediately quoting his policies to me and threatening to hold my puppy hostage. I was later able to get him delivered to me without any sedation and without any delays.

Christina Allen did a great job with delivering our pup from Georgia to New Jersey. Also She did a great job making sure our pup was feed, watered and had the necessary poddy stops. She also provided us with a GPS tracking system to track her all the way and every stops.

Not everything will always go perfectly to plan. In my experience one of the owners of one of the puppyās they transported got stuck at the airport. Luckily, with Paws Door 2 Door they safely and properly took care of my puppy through that entire process and gave me plenty of photos/ updates to make me feel secure. My puppy was in a very good headspace and mood when we had gotten to meet him. Iām very grateful for Paws Door 2 Door.

I didnāt know pet transports exist until recently, when I was unfortunately in the need of sending my Husky from Oregon to Washington. Emi was absolutely amazing, and she made a very difficult situation for me and my children, a lot better by being compassionate, professional and extremely accommodating.
