Our experience with Tina started off really well. She was super sweet and was very thorough with the questions she asked about our dog, and with all of the other great reviews, I felt confident that our dog was in great hands. While Tina made sure to communicate about how our dog was doing along the way, which was great, I didn't know where along the route they were unless I asked. I only received one photo over the 3 day journey. The initial arrival time we were quoted was between 10 pm and 12 am. Along the way, Tina let us know there was a delay, and the new arrival time would be closer to 2 am. No problem, I understand these things happen, especially when handling multiple animals. At 2:45, I received a text that they were about an hour away. Ultimately my dog wasn't delivered to me until 4:30 am. When she arrived, my dog seemed off. Whenever I don't see her for multiple days, my dog barks at me like crazy and starts jumping up and down and kissing my face. She barely even wagged her tail as she was handed to me. She seemed like she was really out of it. This was not her first time making a cross-country trip, so this behavior was quite out of character for her. The next thing I noticed was that my dog absolutely reeks of cigarette smoke. It was such a heavy odor that even after being outside several times and after hours of being back home, I can still smell her while she's sitting several feet away from me. Since Tina advertises transport in a non-smoking vehicle, this was especially shocking for me. She also has some unknown substance stuck to the fur between her paw pads and throughout her tail. I genuinely have no idea what it is. It is also advertised that they stop every 2 - 4 hours for bathroom breaks and care, but Tina let me know that my dog really needed to go because she hadn't been out since 10 pm. When she got inside, she was extremely thirsty. She drank an entire bowl of water without stopping. So I am guessing she did not have any water during that 6.5 hour stretch, either. I sent my dog along with enough food to last her approximately 15 days, but she did not arrive with any left. I was told this is because she kept spilling it whenever she was fed, at which point it was thrown out and refilled. While I can believe this happened, I am skeptical that it happened so frequently that she ran through 15 days worth of meals. All this said, unfortunately the only positive things I can say are that Tina is very nice, the service is very fast (FL to CA in under 3 days) and affordable, and my dog arrived in one piece. I was hoping to use Tina's service again when our other dog needs to make the same trip, but I will be looking for a different transport company.

Sam was absolutely incredible!!!!!! I don't leave reviews, but this one deserves every inch of it. From 30 minutes after he left, he was sending real time phones with GPS location on it, custom videos throughout the trip and my dog "aka my best friend" arrived flawlessly on-time and happy. Sam was absolutely wonderful

I had the best experience booking a shipping service with Gloria, she was super cordial and easy to communicate with from the get go. She kept me informed from the moment she picked up my puppy, and provided updated along the way. She made sure that my puppy was in a welcoming and peaceful environment during the trip. Gloria was very helpful and I truly appreciate how flexible she was accommodating my very limited drop off window.
