1000% recommend!! Traveled with our puppy from a few states away. She made sure he had no contact with public ground, (he’s 8 weeks so he isn’t fully vaccinated for parvo yet). He arrived happy and healthy. She even gave us a new travel case for him, along with a new portable water bowl, new toy, and new blanket! We received updates with photos and videos all throughout the travel. Thank you for getting him home to us!!

Mixing Console
Hired this team to pickup, pack and delivery a large recording console from Miami to Maryland. Took a little back and forth to make the pickup happen since I guess there was a prior pickup that went a little longer than hoped and pushed back our pickup time by several hours. After they were finally on location they were able to hire some extra help and get the almost 400lb board down from the second floor, packed up nicely with padded blankets and plastic wrapping, and loaded in. They got up here to Maryland the next day and helped haul it in and set it up. It was a quick and smooth process considering how big and heavy this item was. So my review is this. If youre looking for someone that will give you an exact time and show up as promised, this crew will probably be a little later than expected. But if you want someone who will answer the phone every time you call to check in on the status, keep you posted, and are the nicest people ever, then these are your guys! Thanks again Hailee and team! Really appreciated the speed, quality of work and constant communication throughout this shipment! Thanks again!!

Our Kelly had a long journey from Virginia to Idaho! I was very worried about her because I was so busy preparing for our move and taking care of my two kids. Richard handled everything wonderfully and kept me updated throughout the trip with photos and messages, which gave me so much peace of mind. Kelly is scared of almost everything, and this was her first time taking such a long road trip, so I was especially nervous about how she would do. Richard was incredibly patient, understanding, and caring with her, making sure she was comfortable and safe the entire time. Thanks to him, she arrived happy and well cared for. Our original driver had to cancel at the last minute because of an emergency. Thankfully, they stepped in and completely saved the situation, helping us make our flight as planned. Our driver, Lisa, was amazing. Throughout the entire trip, she kept us updated with GPS tracking, photos, and videos, so we always knew where our pets were and how they were doing. That gave us so much peace of mind during a very stressful move. We transported our dog and our parrots, and it was clear they were well taken care of the whole time. They all arrived safely and in great condition.
