We couldnât have asked for a better experience with Paws Across America! From the moment Boogie was picked up until he safely arrived in California, they were professional, caring, and incredibly communicative. They kept us updated throughout the entire trip with frequent messages, photos, and real-time tracking, so we always knew where Boogie was and how he was doing. They even let us know when they stopped for breaks or encountered any delays, which gave us tremendous peace of mind. Most importantly, it was obvious that Boogieâs safety and well-being were their top priorities. He was well cared for, secure, and treated like one of their own during the journey. Transporting a beloved pet across the country is stressful, but Judi and Jim made the entire process easy and worry-free. We are so grateful for the exceptional care they provided and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for reliable, compassionate pet transport. Thank you both for getting our boy safely home!

i am sorry i have to leave 1 star as that is one too many. this delivery was agreed on to take approximately. 24 hours. ny to florida. instead it took 3 days!!!! my dog was kidnapped basically and driven to detroit and god knows where else. i had law enforcement involved. when the dog was finally delivered he had been given rawhide which is a complete no no unless specifically authorized and monitored. apparently he received little or no water because when he came in the house he drank 2 giant bowls non stop. so now ive spent time and money at the vets to make sure there are no lasting issues. i believe that citizenshipper should also get zero stars for issuing a certificate of driver safety.

I canât say enough good things about Paws and Claws Express! Jeremy and Tyaa were absolutely amazing with our two puppies, Thor and Loki. From the moment they picked them up, they treated them like family and kept us updated with messages and photos throughout the journey, which gave us so much peace of mind. When Thor and Loki arrived, they were happy, healthy, and clearly well cared for. Itâs obvious that Jeremy and Tyaa genuinely love what they do and have a real passion for caring for animals. Trusting someone with your puppies is never easy, but Paws and Claws Express made the entire experience stress-free from start to finish. We are beyond grateful for the love and care they showed Thor and Loki. I highly recommend Paws and Claws Express to anyone looking for safe, reliable, and compassionate pet transportation. I could not ask for better care for "Lou Lou" during this 900+ mile trip. I'm so glad they were available when I needed the best. Wow! I can't say enough nice things about my experience with Paul. He communicates efficiently, clearly, prompt...Showed up at my house exactly when he said he would and gave me PUPdates the whole way. I would happily use him again! Dee drove our ten week old Munchkin babies to us in Arkansas. What a wonderful man! Excellent communication throughout his drive as we needed a two hour window to meet him. Great care was given for our babies and the entire journey was worrying free knowing they were in excellent hands. I highly recommend him. All of the reviews I read are true and now I can proudly say Iâm one of them.
