I could not have been any happier with my experience!!! Sending a loved one via a carrier is never easy especially for it being my first time. However, Brian and his daughter put all my worries at ease and were very communicative!! They sent pictures to ensure me my dog was safe, being well taken care of and just to help with my anxiety with the process. Couldnât have asked for a better carrier. Sean went above and beyond, even when a clerical error almost derailed the whole transportation to MĂŠxico(not Sean's doing). We moved from NH to FL and Arnie was in touch the two months prior to our move. Very personable and helpful with advice and peace of mind needed to move our 6 cats. We were on a strict time restriction with the closing of our home and the purchase of the new home. There was traffic that was unavoidable and it set Arnies trip back a few hours. Arnie made sure someone else came to get our cats out of the house on time and picked them up from there. It wasnât ideal for either of us but he pulled through and didnât throw his hands up, leaving us stranded. I want to stress how grateful we are that he not only pulled through, making the closing of our home possible but he also pushed through, getting our animals to us as fast as possible. He kept checking on them to make sure they knew they were safe. This guy cares and youâll not regret doing business with him. Traffic is unpredictable and unavoidable but Arnie was reliable and got us through a very stressful move.
