Michael and his driver, Dawn, were amazing from start to finish. Communication was excellent from the moment I booked, and Dawn kept me updated throughout the entire trip. She handled all three of my dogs with patience, confidence, and genuine care. My dogs can be difficult at times and don’t always get along, but she managed them with ease and professionalism. Moving from Northern California to Florida was already stressful, and knowing my dogs were in such good hands made the entire process so much easier.
