We were on a hunt for a pair of unique guinea pigs, different than standard hair, so we had to search all over US which would require Pet Transport, those prices were very much so unaffordable for us. So we searched within 4hrs thinking our family could make the drive.. we found 3 brothers in our own state NJ, except we live in South Jersey & the pigs were close to NY in North Jersey which is 2hrs. We tried to make the drive but my medical conditions caused us to return home & still have to find transport even being that close. Well for being 2hrs away and for ājust guinea pigsā other Transport businesses were quoting us super high prices that we couldnāt fit in budget & honestly feel like they raised their prices on purpose for us.. That was until I stumbled across this site, gave it a shot with our listing & within a hour I received a bid from Magical Creatures Transport, who came to our rescue being affordable WITH good reviews! Hired! Deanna kept us informed the entire way to pick up our pigs & on the way to us! Just so sweet when we met her with our new furry family members!! Canāt thank her enough!! Gloria was amazing and super helpful. I couldn't pay her via Zelle, Cash App, because I had just changed my accounts before and she let me pay her cash instead. She also was super communitive and guided me all the way. Super sweet and I can tell that my dog was happy. I will definitely reach out to her again if possible.

Hayley was OUTSTANDING! I've been raising guide dog pups for 30 years so I've seen all sorts in my day. From the moment I engaged with Hayley on this platform to the day she picked up my 80 lb GSD to the day she dropped him off, I felt nothing but at ease. I now refer to her as Auntie Hayley. She loved on Reed as if he were her own. He had a fabulous cross-country adventure, in exteremly comfy conditions, during which he was spoiled rotten. She is an exceptional communicator; if only everyone was like her. I highly recommend her and if fact, Reed will be going back East with her in 3 months. I'm sure he will be excited to see her!

Sam is an extraordinary person. He went beyond what we were expected during this trip from Seattle to Phoenix with our dog. I couldnāt imagine something like this ever. He sends picture and videos regularly, shared the location with us and took care of everything. He is very nice and a real gentleman. 5/5 is not enough for him and what he did. Very satisfied about this experience

The cats were delivered and were healthy and their carriers were clean, which is awesome! Ricardo's timing is the reason for the lack of stars. We worked with him to get the cats ready to him the day before we had requested, and he still arrived later than we wanted. His lack of communication on where he was and where he was going was concerning at times. I am thankful we have the cats with their owner and that they are healthy, but Ricardo's communication could have been better. He did not share his location with us until the last day, when he was in Washington, which was also concerning. He has a great demeanor and he pulled over and stopped to make sure the cats were good, so we are happy with the outcome.
