Barbara and I had planned for her to bring my cat to me via driving. She was very accommodating when I had to reschedule for the next year, due to having been in a massive 7.7 earthquake in Mandalay where I lived. We were on track for a delivery in June of 2026, and then Barbara stopped communicating with me. My deposit by Citizen Shipper was not returned, nor was my deposit to Barbara. Unfortunate situation.

I was a bit nervous sending my dog on a long road trip with a complete stranger. I had to move my dog from San Diego to Denver and put my trust in God that all would be o.k. Alan was so wonderful throughout the entire trip, sending me photos and videos of my sweet dog along their journey. My dog suffers a great deal from anxiety and you could tell she was so happy and peaceful with Alan. 100% recommend him to care for your loved ones. He earned my trust!

I recently had to move from Massachusetts to Florida, unexpectedly and expeditiously. I had to find a way to get my 2 year old African Sulcata Tortoise to Florida also. I found that NO commercial Airlines, Bus companies, or Train companies would allow any reptiles! This posed a great hurdle for me as I was not willing to separate from my pet. I had grown very attached to Zenn since she came to me! I subsequently found Citizenshipper through many hours of searching the web for a solution to my problem. I created a profile, and began chatting with the many Pet Transportation companies that are part of their platform. I trusted companies on their platform because Citizenshipper does extensive background checks, and verification of the individuals operating as pet transport companies! I had many options. I also had to find a company that would be willing to accept payment through a state funded program. I was lacking the funds to complete my move with Zenn. First Flight Nanny understood my dilemma and graciously agreed! Right from the start, after I accepted the bid and paid Citizenshipper their fee, me and Juan began to communicate about the process. Through many weeks of hurdles, document submission, and state beuracracy we finally got the funding approved. First Flight Nanny was so professional and empathetic as we both were very frustrated about the process! Just before the agreed departure date, we found out that the state had mailed the check to the wrong address! I was almost in tears, having already purchased my bus ticket now concerned that First Flight Nanny would back out of our agreement due to not getting paid...I contacted them via a phone call and voiced this concern I was put at ease when they said " we will not give up on you and Zenn, we will get her to Florida" That made me so happy!! They came to pick up Zenn as agreed and for the next 3 days as I suffered on busses for the 1400 mile trip I constantly received photos and videos of my Zenn enjoying scenic water views, walking through and eating grass ( her favorite) and sleeping in hotel rooms! They were caring for my baby as if they loved her as much as me! I want everyone searching for a way to transport your loving pet to know there is only one company that will be professional, empathetic and caring and that company is First Flight Nanny!! When Zenn arrived at my door in Fort Walton Beach Florida I hugged Juan and thanked him many times for enduring through the payment process and for providing Zenn with a safe, classy experience in her move to Florida! I rate this company 10 stars out of 5!!

He kept me updated on times for arrival and for pick up and drop off so I was able to coordinate my day. He answered all my questions and was so nice! I’m so glad I went with PPX and definitely recommend PPX when needing this type of service!

Nichole was on time picking up our 2 fur babies, Bella our 84 lb Great Pyrenees & Scout our 50 lb Australian Shepherd mix for the cross country trek from AZ to SC. The communication and pictures throughout was excellent putting our minds totally at ease. She drove our Bella & Scout in her Prius comfortably even going above and beyond by helping us by also transporting their wire kennels. We highly recommend Nichole, "Wandering Bones."
