Scam! I booked a 50 lbs dog and 35 lbs frenchie. They claim they intended to take the dogs under the seat! They didnt show up to the airport, I am 100% this was a scam! They are not a real person- beware! Citizen shipper isnt helping me get a refund! I lost $1000 between the Citizen Shipper fee and the Shipper $750 deposit

I give Amanda 100 stars. She transported a medically compromised and fragile kitten on an 8 hour journey. She kept me updated on her arrival to pick up and updated me constantly during the transport sending me pictures and text. Our kittenâs comfort and safety was her only concern. She was not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. She was able to do the transport on very short notice during a holiday week for a shelter kitten who desperately needed to go to a rescue organization. Update: He is thriving! Not only would I not would not hesitate to use her again, I wouldnât use anyone else!

I took a chance on Ryan, Iâd never heard of this company and I was rescuing a dog minutes away from being euthanized. I live in Canada and Ryan brought the pup all the way from Texas to Seattle for me so I could give her a safe place to land. Ryan sent me photos and videos of her every stop he made, heâs so friendly and loves dogs. He updated me on her progress and showed videos of her eating and drinking which is so important during long transport. I would not have been able to save this puppy without Ryanâs help. Cannot recommend enough.

DeAudry was absolutely amazing. She called and introduced herself and answered every question I had. She also communicated with me several times before the date of pick up. She kept me informed the entire way by sending pictures, messages and GPS but to add to all of this. When she made it here i was late getting back because we wanted to surprise the family and I was jumping thru hoops so my kids didnât find out and had to ru band get stuff go accommodate the puppy at the last minute. As a result, i was 40 minutes outside of town. She waited for me to get here and she wouldnât take any extra money i offered for waiting. She got out and introduced herself, she was warm and kind and very helpful with a few things i didnât even think to ask. She played in the front with us for awhile and helped me adjust him which was her going above and beyond and she is passionate to do as person and an Army Veteran. I will use her services again I would recommend her to anyone needing someone depending, honest, in it for the love of animals because she could have overcharged but she didnât. She was fair. She is a kind and genuine person.

Y'ALL! Stop searching! You've found a phenomenal team for pet transport, and you won't find a better one! They drove my puggle, Tasz, from LA, CA to Mobile, AL without losing their sanity. lol! Not only are they extremely efficient, but they're also incredibly compassionate towards the pets entrusted to them. They stay in constant contact with you throughout the entire trip and send pictures and videos of your baby while walking, eating, resting, etc. You won't have anything to worry about with their care since they communicate everything with y'all for the duration of their drive. Any questions that pop into your mind, ask them. They respond with so much kindness, thoughtfulness, and grace -- no matter how annoying you may be. lol!! Their lower prices truly help during this time of the outrageous rise in prices for everything else. Like I said earlier, stop looking!
