Having someone you don’t know take your dog half way across country and putting money down seemed daunting. But the stress and worries I had quickly went away due to all direct communications and conversations leading up to the pick up date and during the transportation. My dog seemed to love her and she updated me and sent pictures and videos of our dog!! Loved the experience, took so much stress out!!! Thank you!!!!

DO NOT TRUST THIS BROKER — UNACCEPTABLE LAST-MINUTE BAIT-AND-SWITCH Unbelievably unprofessional experience with Capital Logistics Management LLC (USDOT# 4094899 / MC# 1560785). I accepted their bid on CitizenShipper a full THREE MONTHS ago (February 20, 2026) to ship my Ford F-150 Lightning to Southlake. Their point of contact, Michael Gray, waited until today—less than 24 hours before my scheduled pickup tomorrow morning at 9:00 AM—to call me and demand a price hike to $1,400. Michael tried to leverage gas price increases over the last three months to pass these unexpected costs onto me at the absolute last second. While market fluctuations and fuel cost increases over a 90-day period make sense, Michael Gray waiting until the absolute final hour to spring a massive upcharge on a customer is completely unacceptable. Capital Logistics had three months to communicate a rate adjustment or renegotiate in good faith. Instead, they deliberately held out until the day before pickup, trying to weaponize the stressful, time-sensitive nature of a residential move to force me into paying more. I refuse to reward a company that uses high-pressure, last-minute extortion tactics. A formal consumer protection complaint has been logged with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA Case #0279839) against their license. If you use Capital Logistics Management LLC, expect them to sit on your booking for months and then have someone like Michael Gray demand more money right when your bags are packed. Completely untrustworthy timing.

I used Margo to transport my 12-week-old female English Mastiff from Ohio to Arizona. Throughout the trip, I tried to be understanding regarding delays and changes in timing, especially since long-distance animal transport can be unpredictable. However, there were several issues that ultimately left me disappointed with the experience. Before the trip began, Margo informed me that she planned to transport another animal to Florida before bringing my puppy to Arizona. I expressed concerns because I did not want my puppy spending unnecessary extra time in the car, and to her credit, she was understanding and agreed to prioritize my transport since I had booked first. Our original agreement was for delivery on Wednesday between 8–10 AM. Due to repeated delays and several scheduling adjustments involving the breeder, our puppy ultimately arrived at 10 PM that night. While I appreciated that she still delivered on the agreed day, the constant delays and late arrival were far from ideal. To Margo’s credit, she remained consistent with communication throughout the trip and provided GPS tracking updates, which I appreciated. I also tried to remain patient given the price point and the challenges of cross-country transport. One concern that stood out to me was when she asked whether I wanted my puppy taken to a truck stop dog park during the trip. As most puppy owners know, exposing a 12-week-old puppy to public dog areas before full vaccination is risky, so this immediately worried me. Unfortunately, only a week after arrival, my puppy was diagnosed with both Parvo and Kennel Cough. This has been heartbreaking and extremely difficult to deal with. While I understand that transport itself can carry risks, I feel my concerns and precautions were not fully respected or followed during the process. If you are looking for a lower-cost transport option and are flexible with timing, this service may work for you. However, based on my experience, I would not personally use this service again or recommend it for young puppies requiring strict health and safety precautions.

I had an amazing experience with Celebrity Pet Transport LLC transporting my puppy, Olive, from the breeder to me. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and clearly cared so much about the dogs he transports. I got picture updates throughout the trip, which gave me so much peace of mind and made the whole experience even more special. Olive arrived happy, healthy, and very well cared for. You can truly tell he loves what he does. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for safe, reliable, and caring pet transportation.
