When his offer to ship was accepted, he entirely ghosted me. I have zero problem if shippers change their mind and decide not to take a shipment, as long as they communicate. But not responding to messages, emails, texts, etc, after initiating a bid to ship and a customer accepts, that is unacceptable.

The people are very nice and seem to be very caring. But I did not get prompt service. They were a day late and picking up the dog. Then the delivery was supposed to be no more than two or three days. It took them four full days to get my dog here. I understand that they had car trouble. But I feel they should’ve had a backup plan for that sort of problem. They were told that the dog is very nervous when she’s in a car. They were told about giving her some calming medicine. That was not done. So she was shaking and nervous and in stress the entire time. Also, the dog never relieves herself anywhere in the house. When she arrived, the driver had her dog bed and blanket wrapped in several plastic bags because they were so wet. I had to throw that away. So be cautious when you sign up to get your pet transported.
