I cannot say enough wonderful things about Smoky Mountain Express! ❤️ Chad transported my sweet Knox all the way from Milan, Tennessee to me here in Redding, California, and he was absolutely amazing throughout the entire journey. This was a long trip, and knowing Knox was in such caring hands made the whole experience so much easier. Chad was incredibly kind, professional, and communicative. He sent me wonderful updates and daily pictures of Knox along the way, which meant so much to me! Being able to see Knox, know how he was doing, and watch his journey made the wait much less stressful. 🐾❤️ When Knox finally arrived, it was obvious that he had been well cared for and loved throughout his trip. I am so grateful to Chad for treating him with such care and for keeping me updated every step of the way. I would 100% use Smoky Mountain Express again without hesitation and would highly recommend them to anyone needing safe, reliable, and compassionate pet transportation. Very nice and corresponded well. I was given pictures and ETAs. The timeline ended up having to be moved multiple times, but I guess that is to be expected when you are driving over half way across the country. They were by far the best price quote I received, and that is why they got 5 stars. Otherwise I couldn't justify the price of shipping for the cost of the puppy.

Charlee was amazing with my boys! She was super communicative and I felt comfortable the entire time that my pups were being well taken care of! It was their longest car ride ever and since they’re older I was very nervous but I definitely know I had no reason to be! Highly recommend Charlee.
