Our puppy got home to us safely which is the ultimate result you want out of a transport. However, I wouldâve appreciated knowing that he wasnât going to be let out of the crate at all during the drive - I was told that due to his not being fully vaccinated, he wouldnât be let out for walks, which is understandable. But I was also told he would be let out in the van to walk around a bit.I came to find out at drop off he was left in his crate the entire 36 hour drive. I did appreciate knowing his location at any time of day and all of my texts/calls were answered in a timely manner.

I am very happy with Sam! He took great care of my dogs. He was so attentive and professional. He always went above and beyond. He sent me really cool update videos of my dogs during the trip. He always texted us to let us know where he was. He was driving from Seattle to Chicago. I thought it would take three days, but he got here in less than two days! Best of all, my dogs were happy and calm when they arrived. They liked him a lot. I highly recommend Sam. It's hard to find people who are this professional and caring. He did an amazing job. I will definitely use his service again and tell all my friends about him!

We Got in touch with Tonya, she walked us thur what she would do, she was BEYOND kind, understanding of our stress level. She is not only great with animals, our Dog didn't cry or bark, she took to Tonya right away even with the stress of losing her human mom. Tonya kept me updated. I truly think if we hadn't found her a home, I would have love to have Tonya take, I can't say enough about how happy I am and how I felt so good having her transport our daughters dog, her transport vehicle is beautiful, heck I would ride in the back LOL Once again, I can't say enough about how happy I am and would use her again, and will for sure tell my friends about her and her business.
