Ally proved to be a good choice for our yellow lab (84lb) dog Luna. This is our first experience with hiring a transporter for an overnight trip. Ally was wonderful from the moment she meet Luna. She kept us fully informed with pictures, messaging and road tracking. Our confidence in her professionalism and her warm caring ability to care for Luna. I could see that Luna was happy and content in her trip with Ally. Luna doesnât get along with other dogs so Ally made sure her stops were away from rest areas that have lots of dog. We were very pleased with Ally and would use her again. Thank you!!

Absolutely great experience! This was my first time ever having a pet transported and not only did he walk me through the whole process several times, sent me photos and updates throughout the whole 8 hour drive, AND he was early! Making sure my sweet fur baby was home as soon as possible!!

Honestly this process was all new to me and with all of the scams and bad business these days it makes things tough for those who actually deliver great service. Danielle was very informative and reassuring from start to finish. Took amazing care of my pet as if he was her own. I received updates regularly and my pet was delivered much sooner than I could believe honestly lol. Very professional and an overall great experience. Sam and his partner delivered our adopted adult German Shepherd Annie from South Dakota to California. Communication was great, the pictures and videos were a nice touch. Annie had a great setup in the car, always water available and frequent brakes. They made it here even sooner than expected and Annie wanted to jump back in the car which tells me she was treated very well. I would highly recommend Sam if youâre thinking of transporting any pet.
