Absolutely amazing service!! He stayed in contact the whole time letting me know when there was a delay and his ETA. He let me know quite a few times which was nice so I knew where my Bird was all the time. He was very kind and clean when I met him and the Bird was in perfect house. I strongly recommend him and his wife. They are amazing people and trust them 100%.

5/5 + ⭐️ Alex kept me updated every step of the way. He picked up a flight compatible pet carrier and even rented a car to bring Bear to me when my work schedule changed last minute. He shared his location on Google Maps for 24 hours. He let me know when he was headed to pick up the puppy, had the puppy, headed to the airport, boarding, taking off, landing, getting another rental car! ALL UNPROMPTED! It was literally better communication than I have with my own children and husband!!! Someone trained Alex well!!! If I ever need transportation again - I have Alex’s number and I’m contacting him directly! He’s just fantastic!!! Do. Not. Hesitate. Booking Alex. Thank you!!!! 🙏

Jose & Elvis were awesome. Jose was amazing with communication the entire time. Elvis took my little guy over 1,800 miles & I barely slept the entire time, but he really eased a lot of my anxiety. Shawn was awesome! This was our first time transporting a pet and I looked at probably 20 different ones, I looked at number of 5 star reviews, how many reviews, if they had ever lost an animal, how the dog would be transported, how many animals would be transported, price, where would the dog sleep and if they could take her bed with her. With over 500 reviews, I could tell that this was not Shawn's first rodeo. Shawn's pricing was fair (not the least expensive or the most expensive), but right in the middle. I prepared a spreadsheet and text interviewed about 8 different ones. Shawn rose to the top pretty fast. I was so happy to choose Shawn and he did not disappoint. We got pictures of our dog, location and one time she was sleeping soundly on one of the motel beds. She arrived safe and sound! Took 4 days from Southern CA to southern Ohio. I would very highly recommend Shawn for any transportation needs you have. He is awesome! The dog will come back to CA at some point and Shawn is my guy. Thank you Shawn! Layla send I thank you!
