I am so grateful to Rick Matta for his care, compassion and expertise. We entrusted our dog Duke to Rick to transport him from Texas to Florida. Rick alleviated our fears through texts, photos and calls. Even through bad weather he was calm which helped Duke and us. Duke arrived safely today and we are so grateful. Elena's Guardian Tail Transport services is amazing from beginning to end. She was very communicative through out the whole process from setting up the booking with me, picking my dog up, sending me updates everyday including pictures of my dog and his well being while in route with him and delivering him into my hands safely.
