I know now that if I ever need help transporting anything, especially one of my fur babies, I can count on Kala. About four years ago, I had a terrible experience with a transporter through CitizenShipper, and my dog tragically passed away after being run over. Because of that experience, I honestly never thought I would use CitizenShipper again. I had so much anxiety about arranging transportation for my kitten, but Kala was incredibly patient, reassuring, and understanding. She even went out of her way to make sure everything seemed legitimate with the breeder before bringing my kitten to me. She communicated with me throughout the trip, kept me updated, and sent me the cutest pictures of my kitten during transport. All of that gave me so much extra peace of mind and helped me feel comfortable trusting someone with one of my babies again. Even though Iām extremely busy, I wanted to make sure I left this review for anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and dependable person to transport their fur babies. Kala treated my kitten with so much love and care, and I truly cannot thank her enough. Thank you so much, Kala, and please always drive safely! Not everyone is as trustworthy and sweet as you, so we have to protect you at all costs, haha. If Kala has sent you a message or offered to transport your pet, look no further. Your fur baby will be in loving and capable hands!

Kevin is absolutely amazing, I was so nervous about putting my baby through transport but Kevin made me so comfortable and kept me updated the entire time. We could not have been more pleased with K9 Shipper. Communication before, during and after transporting Taysha was amazing. Taysha was picked up at the time we were told. During the transport we were kept informed of their progress to Baltimore including advisories of traffic delays. Mark even texted the next day just to make sure Taysha was fine. Will use his services again when we need to transport Taysha, my daughter's dog.
