I booked this driver over a month ago for a trip from ohio to florida. The morning of pick up she texted me her car wouldn't start and said she'd get back with me asap. I texted several times for an update and called. I got ghosted. I was already gone and had to arrange emergency sitters and it was incredibly stressful. I would not trust this driver to pick up your pet.

Joel is extremely reliable. Great communication and very friendly. My sweet Onyx needed to go to the vet and I was not able to take her due to needing to go to work, Joel was able pick her up and take her within an hour of accepting his bid. He even waited at the vet and returned her home afterwards, as agreed. Highly recommend Joel & Lucky 7 Transport, and would use them again in a heartbeat.
