My fellow pet parents, Please avoid Lesha pet transportation services at all costs. While her quote may seem cheaper than others, there is a reason for that. This was the most horrific and stressful experience I have ever had transporting a pet. My dog, who is my absolute soul baby, was picked up at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday for what should have been a 6ā7 hour trip from Texas to Memphis, Tennessee. Instead, I did not receive him until 6:00 p.m. on Friday more than 48 hours later. Throughout the transport, communication was extremely poor. There were long periods with no updates, no photos, no videos, and no reassurance about my dog's condition or whereabouts. As a pet parent, not knowing whether your beloved pet is safe is terrifying. When my dog finally arrived, he was visibly dehydrated, hungry, and exhausted. Thankfully, he made it home in one piece, but no pet should have to endure such an ordeal, and no owner should have to experience that level of fear and uncertainty. In my opinion, this transporter demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism, reliability, communication, and concern for the well-being of the animals entrusted to her care. If you truly love your pet and want them transported safely, please look elsewhere. Saving a few dollars is not worth risking your pet's health and safety. This was an absolutely terrible experience, and I would never use or recommend this service again.

He was so nice, he put my mind at ease. It was almost like I already knew him. Very easy to talk to, and very accommodating. Phil was very professional and attentive to our girl Danu. It was a long trip, and Phil sent us pictures of the stops at parks and rivers he made along the way to exercise her. He was right on the schedule he proposed. If we ever have the need for transport out west again we will definitely use Phil again. Danu certainly had a five āļø ride to her forever home. š©·

I donāt know where to begin!! First off, I have never done this before and did talk to multiple transport providers but did not get that āsafeā feeling with anyone but Jorge! Right from the start he returned my many, many questions that I had quickly and politely never making me feel that I was āover the topā which I definitely know I could be!! He made us feel so relaxed and at ease during the whole transport texting us with photos and videos every time he stopped. He picked up our pup in Florida at 9:00 am on a Wednesday and had him to us in Connecticut by the next afternoon at 1:30! When we met him, we felt like we knew him our whole life! Just down to earth and a very caring person!! He loved our pup so much and had his copilot, Rango, his pup with him which helped our pup feel more comfortable. We highly recommend Jorge and wouldnāt think twice about using him for any future transport we may need!!

Donna did an excellent job transporting my dog Bailey who is a large breed dog,Newfoundland. She transported her from south Florida to Long Island NY. She picked her up on a Wednesday afternoon and she was home the following day early evening.She sent me photos the entire trip and I followed her with 360. She is very kind and caring and an animal person. I highly recommend her for anyone thinking of transporting an animal. I will be using Donna going forward. Thomas
