I had hired services for 8/10 from RI to SC. I had messaged driver on 8/8 telling him the closing on our new house had been delayed and I was unsure of when the new closing would be, but I would let him know ASAP, but it was looking like next week. I receive a message on 8/9 saying heâs in the area for pickup. He had read and acknowledged my previous messages canceling, yet still showed up or so he claims, and not even on the correct day of 8/10 anyways. A few days go by and I had communicated that I had a new closing date of our house which was 8/18, which he was not available for. That was fine that he was not available but he would not refund me my money because he is claiming he came to pickup after I had canceled 2 days prior. This makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. I provided constant communication and amble time for cancellation, which follows this sites policy. He did not provide services, claimed he showed up, not even on the correct day, all so he could say he had a right to keep my money. I would NEVER use this person to transport my pets. He will lie and say I told him to wait a week, which I never did. I have texts of my constant communication and cancellation, which he will try to deny happened. AVOID USING THIS PERSON TO SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE.

I was so nervous about figuring out how to get my dog from LA to Austin for our move, but from the moment we booked, Charlee gave me so much peace of mind. We had an initial call, stayed in touch by text before pickup, and she was incredibly communicative throughout the entire drive. She sent photos and regular updates, which made such a stressful part of moving feel so much easier. Knowing my dog was safe, happy, and in such good hands was a huge weight off my shoulders. Dave was wonderful transporting my dog I adopted from Atlanta to Virginia. He is a caring man who obviously loves and knows how to handle dogs. He ensured my timid dog was comfortable and safe. He is responsive and has also kept me informed of how they were doing throughout the long journey, with pictures as well. I will definitely call him again if I need another transport.
