I had a wonderful experience with Tina transporting my Aussiedoodle, JoJo, from Las Vegas to Chagrin Falls, Ohio. From the very beginning, Tina was professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with. She answered my questions, explained her process clearly, and gave me confidence that JoJo would be well cared for during the trip. Throughout the transport, Tina provided regular updates, photos, and communication, which gave me tremendous peace of mind. I always knew where JoJo was and how she was doing. Her communication was outstanding. Most importantly, JoJo arrived safely, happy, healthy, and in great condition. It was obvious that Tina genuinely cares about the animals she transports and takes her responsibilities seriously. My wife and I travel regularly, and finding someone we can trust with JoJo during long-distance transportation is extremely important to us. Hailey took excellent care of my senior dog during their cross country road trip. She was on time and communicated and sent pictures throughout the trip. They stopped at parks and played every day.
