I have used HBTRANSIT 3 times before over the last few years. Everything was awesome. But this time, not so much. They are very nice, easy to contact, but could not get the car picked up with a week's notice before the pickup date. Then another 7 days passed with no success. Cancelled and went with another company and had the car picked up in the next day.

5 stars and far beyond. Do not hesitate... book concierge pet transport! I had a delicate and urgent need to transport my rot/pit mix from Texas to New Mexico. He picked her up and delivered her to me safe, sound, and healthy in less than 24 hours. Communication was fantastic, clear, and timely, I always knew what was happening with my girl and ow she was doing. I received pictures, videos, and consistent updates on timing, stops, her well being etc. His service went far beyond just pick up and delivery. He was just as happy and touched to see my girl and I reunited. He then helped me further by re-arranging several large items in my house and helping me set up a large crate that he had also transported for me. I am so grateful for his service, compassion and kindness to not only my dog, but to me as well. Thank you Concierge for reuniting my baby and me. I am forever grateful.

I would definitely recommend ADL Logistics for auto transports. We certainly had a few bumps in the road (no pun intended), but they really came through in the end. My contact was Rod. He was fantastic. I had a (huge) issue with an inoperable car sitting in the middle of nowhere, and I initially questioned a couple of the things he told me about how things typically work on resolving such an ordeal. But after a lot of research of my own, I learned that Rod was 100% truthful, honest, and accurate in everything he said. My trust with ADL is very high at this point. The communication was truly unbelievable. Virtually instant, like texting a friend. First off, I should also recommend CitizenShipper. That platform was way better than uShip in my opinion. Once I booked ADL, the communication was effortless. Truly like texting a friend. That alone was worth the 5 stars. The driver they found to transport my car, Clinton, was also great to deal with. Very friendly, calm in his ways, and knowledgeable about moving cars. I tipped him upon delivery (and you should, too!). Overall, despite the obstacles we faced as a collective team, I had a great experience with ADL Logistics. If I ever need a car transported again in the future, I'll reach out to them without hesitation. Between the constant communication, endless support from Rod, and the perfect transport by Clinton, this is an easy 5-Star review. Not even a question.

We just had a great experience with Esmeralda and JD transporting my mom’s beloved Havanese, Jasper, from Florida to New Hampshire. They made the transition easy. JD showed up on time, introduced himself, and got Jasper all ready and comfortable in his own booster seat for the long ride. There were constant updates via texts, photos and video along the way. JD made sure Jasper had plenty of breaks to stretch his legs, etc. What a peace of mind! Thank you so much! Great job!
