At first, i was very hesitant to utilize this site as the process can seem shady to anyone who has been taken advantage of online before. I can now say with confidence I am glad i placed my trust in Luxury Pet Transport. Ms. Annesha and her family took me very seriously and heard my needs, and acted on them. Her uncle Mello and her husband were punctual, arriving at exactly the time and location specified to pick up my rascals. The cats were well-handled and cared for as if they were their own family, and arrived in Honolulu, at exactly the time specified. Service like this is not cheap, but it is not just transportation you are paying for. it is punctuality and peace of mind. They have my utmost respect and recommendation!

Proâs: On time pick up & Danielle was friendly. (Based on that we gave her a tip). Conâs: We agreed on a 7am drop off, she was 2 1/2 hours late dropping off with no communication letting us know she was running late. I called and texted several times asking for an update and unfortunately it took quite a while to get a response which caused us a lot of anxiety and worry. Our cats arrived stinking of urine and we had to throw away their expensive carriers because of the excessive amount of urine that they had been sitting in for days. We chose the cheapest option and I guess we got what we paid for.

Dawn communicates, does what she says she is going to do - keeps you posted on ALL the things. one of my doggo exploded in her crate - she cleaned her up , redid her crate for her, made sure she was comfy. Trevor was amazing. He brought us a standard poodle puppy (Sterling) from California to South Carolina. He also brought us a collie puppy from Kentucky. Both experiences were fantastic. He was so quick to respond to any message, he transported our puppies individually so there was no anxiety of a lot of other pets being transported with them. I had GPS tracking the entire way and he sent pictures and videos every few hours. He kept me updated on his projected arrival the entire trip and send me videos of the overnight locations he was staying in with our pet. His prices were great and he treated our puppies like royalty. I would (and have) recommended him and I would use him again! Puppies came to me safe and sound and transitioned into our home seamlessly!

We had an amazing experience with Paws 2 Door Express. Iâll be honestâat first I was a little nervous after reading a previous review involving an anxious dog. But after taking time to really think about it, I realized that with long-distance travel, a lot of things can happen. Car trouble can happen, and when dogs are anxiousâespecially when theyâre not with their ownerâunexpected situations can happen there too. What truly mattered to me was how thorough and intentional Paws 2 Door Express was from the very beginning. They asked detailed questions about my dog, Mazzie. Heâs not aggressive, but he is very shy, and they took the time to understand his personality and needs. Mazzie does great on car rides, and they made sure he was comfortable and cared for the entire trip. Communication was excellent. They stayed in contact with me throughout the journey, which gave me so much peace of mind. They arrived right on time to my parentsâ home in McAllen, Texas, and the reunion was incredibly emotional. Mazzie was reunited with his grandparents and cousins and was so happy he actually cried. Iâm so grateful I found Paws 2 Door Express. They are a wonderful, family-owned business, and you can truly feel the care and heart they put into what they do. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for safe, reliable, and compassionate pet transport.
