Really a high-quality and flexible and caring service provider. We had the troubling decision to send our dog back to its breeder given some serious congenital health issues. We had to do it quickly so that the six month old puppy could be treated quickly. It was a very trying couple days but after connecting with David, he was super helpful in managing the stressful process

Gina is amazing! Like most pet owners our pets are family. So when we had to transport our two cats and a dog across the country we were nervous! When Gina showed up, her two weiner dogs were playing happily in our yard and Gina showed us her transport set up. It was well stocked, clean, and organized with plenty of room. She educated us on what she does to keep everyone comfortable. When we loaded our cats and dog in their crates they were already chill. At that moment I knew they were in good hands. Gina was great at texting their adventures with pictures including playing in the park and updates on how they are doing in general. To be honest, I think our furry friends may have had the best experience traveling than all of us! She also made many homemade treats and made sure to ask if they were allowed to have them which was so nice. I would without a doubt recommend Gina to anyone who needs their pets transported! Thank you Gina!

What an experience!!! Melissa transported our Duke from Kemmerer WY to San Antonio, TX. I was very afraid to let go and trust someone with Duke. Duke is not a dog; he is a very important and a very much-loved family member. However, Melissa what absolutely amazing! Very patient, professional, caring and very informative. The cream de la cream when it comes to trusting your pet to be transported. Melissa, knowing the importance of Duke for my adult children and I, created a group chad. Every 2 hours she submitted a report, which included pictures and location and additional information about their progress and Duke. Can not say it enough â thank you very much Melissa!!! Not only for the care that you gave Duke but for our piece of mind!!!

I canât begin to say enough great things about Emanuel!! Our daughter was shipping out with the Navy and her cat care fell through, we were in such a bind and he came to the rescue! Weâve never used a service like this before and were so scared of being scammed⌠Emanuel made the process so easy and smooth, he was available last minute and answered all of our questions. He also was extremely accommodating with the pick up of the kitten. He communicated the entire way, even sending photos and videos! He was the most affordable as well! I would use him again in a heart beat, donât hesitate if youâre on the fence, Emanuel was amazing⌠100+ stars!!!

Sean went above and beyond what I even expected. After accepting the bid, I asked if he could assist my mother-in-law to Florida. He explained he did it and offered references for it. About a week before delivery, I asked if he could come over and give the 2 cats their anxiety medication for the flight and he gladly agreed with no hesitation. On the day of travel, the flight was delayed and he stayed upbeat. I received numerous pictures of my mother-in-law and the cats throughout the enrire experience. My mother-in-law has not flown for 15 years, so Sean made sure she was able to get food and drinks. I felt very assured they were in good hands. Even with a flight delay, he was able to get all three of them safely to the final destination. My mother-in-law loved talking to him and Rosie during the travels. I highly recommend Sean for your pet travel needs.

Chris was absolutely amazing! We couldnât be happier with how smooth the entire process went. Chris transported our new 3 month old kitten, Silk, from Maryland to Connecticut on a solo ride. He was professional, dependable, calm and considerate. We felt we could trust him right away. We were so nervous using a transporter for the first time, trusting a stranger with our new kitten made me really anxious, but Chrisâ transparency was very reassuring. He gave us multiple updates, live video monitoring, tracking, and even beautiful professional photo updates of Silk through a password protected website, plus a complimentary photo gallery of all the images he shot during their trip! We knew Silk was safe and well cared for, and that peace of mind was absolutely worth it. On top of all that, his pricing was excellent and he was punctual, quick to respond and reliable throughout. He asked questions about our kitten ahead of pickup and even made accommodations for Silk to have the most comfortable ride possible with a spacious cat playpen that had an attached litter box tent and toys, it was an amazing travel setup, and he made the drive in excellent time! Our breeder met him at pickup and she was so impressed with him, the travel setup and his tracking technology that sheâll now be recommending him for her other families too. This was our first experience with a pet transporter service and it really couldnât have gone any better. Weâll definitely use Chris again in a heartbeat and will recommend him to everyone we can! Here's a polished rewrite: My puppy, Chopper, a chocolate Husky, was stuck in a shelter while I was deployed and unable to retrieve him myself. Mr. Sam assured me that he could get Chopper out of the shelter and safely transport him back to Ohio until my deployment was complete. He provided tremendous peace of mind throughout the entire process by maintaining consistent communication, sending regular updates and videos, and keeping me informed every step of the way. Mr. Sam stayed on schedule and made sure Chopper was comfortable and well cared for during the entire journey. I am incredibly grateful for his professionalism, reliability, and genuine care for Chopper!
