I had no prior experience with finding transport for a pet before, because I'd always been able to handle it myself. Recently I found myself both unable to make the drive from northern California to New Mexico myself and without a friend able to do so! Crystal made things EXPONENTIALLY less stressful, I truly felt like there were no stupid questions or clarifications I could ask. Her communications were timely and thorough and she walked me through step by step. We sent her with a historically anxious 6 year old terrier, and she ferried her with confidence and aplomb, and our dog is doing great on the other end of her trip. I have full confidence in using Crystal and Sophie in the future, and it's a great relief knowing I put Paris in knowledgeable and caring hands.

Jacob transported our pup from Bala Cynwyd PA to West Palm Beach FL over the course of e days. He was excellent at providing updates along the way and we always knew how the trip was progressing and more importantly how our pup was doing. Jacob is the sweetest guy ever and he loves what he does and it shows. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing these services.

We were satisfied, driver provided updates on arrival, traffic delays, and ultimate ETAs on pickup and delivery of our dog. During the transport, we were provided live updates with videos and photos of our dog. Driver provided kennel and carrier and ensured our dog was fed.

This was my first time having a pet transported. I hired Donnelly Thompson. He kept me informed on his drive, Sent videos on their stops. Let me know of weather and traffic delays,which there were,it was a multi state trip,he had other dogs along with mine,which I think helped my shelter dog. I would recommend him. Ryan was a great choice, he communicated really well and accurately when heād be here and there. When he picked up my boys he was real attentive of how my dogs act and took the time to let them go to their little space on their own. Paw Trek Transport was phenomenal. I had never entrusted my cats to anyone else to transport before (especially for a cross country trip!) and I could not have been happier. Ashley and Jayden provided photos of each cat at each stop as well as updates about how they were doing. They gave the cats care and attention and I never had to wonder where they were or what they were doing. The cat's kennels were spacious and comfortable, and the hotel stay gave them a good rest in the middle. Thank you so much Paw Trek !!
