Tommy traveled from Washington state to Florida. We received daily updates and casual conversation when needed. The estimated date was exactly as promised. We received daily pictures. When Tommy arrived he seemed bonded with the driver and kept going back to her for snuggles. We will use them in the future if it works out.

Lois was absolutely amazing and patient. We arrived after a very long flight, and she picked up Jango, took great care of him, and kept us updated throughout the entire trip. Jango was very happy and relaxed during the journey, and when he arrived home he was in great spirits. She drove with Jango for over 10 hours, made proactive rest stops for him, made sure he had food and water — I truly felt he was in good hands. Thank you so much!!!

Emi was professional from our very first conversations. This was new to us transporting an animal across the country, but Emi made it all easy. She takes awesome care of the animals and she is checking in with tons of updates pictures and texts. Emi cares for the animal as if it was her own. She delivered on time with no issues and a healthy happy puppy.

Chris and Elysia are such a great team! From the very beginning their communication was top notch. They communicated throughout the process and sent videos and texts daily with updates. You can tell they love what they do and my pups loved Chris too. We’re a military family moving overseas and needed out pups sent half way across the country to grandma and grandpa’s for an extended vacation. It’s never easy sending your animals to a new home but Alpha Team made the process easy and I’d 100% recommend them to anyone!!
