Emanuel did a great job getting our puppy from Texas to California. There were a LOT of hiccups with flight delays, and he was sure to keep me updated and diligent about communication. While hiring someone who you have not met in person can be nerve racking- rest assure that Emanuel is going to get the job done professionally, and efficiently. When the kittens started crying in their crates, his partner didn't hesitate — she held them and comforted them for nearly the entire ride. We are very grateful for the service. Our dog was delivered safely, and you can immediately tell that the person truly loves animals and cares deeply about dogs. Our dog is not easy — mr. Legs doesn’t trust strangers easily and usually doesn’t accept affection from people he doesn’t know. We were especially worried that he wouldn’t even go outside or feel comfortable enough to use the bathroom during the trip. But despite that, he managed to find an approach to her little by little and handled everything very professionally and patiently. The trip itself was long, almost a day and a half, but our dog arrived safe and in good condition. Thank you again for the care and professionalism. We are very satisfied with the service.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Brad! He called me even before scheduled pick up the day before. I really appreciated this and it made me feel at ease about the whole process especially since it was a 6am pick up. My pup arrived from a long flight from Honolulu to DFW. Brad gave an update every step of the way: when he arrived at cargo, when he picked my pup from cargo, how my pet looked, the potty breaks, sending me pictures, and traffic and updating me on the estimated time of arrival. Clear communication was had throughout the journey and it gave me a sense of reassurance and relief. It was obvious that Brad genuinely cared about my pup and understood how important she is to me. My pet arrived happy, healthy, calm, and right on schedule. What impressed me most was his attention to detail and commitment to safety and comfort. Every question I had was answered promptly, and he went above and beyond to make sure both my pet and I felt at ease. I would absolutely recommend Brad to anyone needing reliable, caring, and professional pet transportation services. He turned what could have been a stressful experience into a positive and memorable one. Five stars all the way!
