They were absolutely amazing with my boy Ranger. Coming from overseas to America and then choosing to trust people with our furry family member was so stressful, but these two wonderful women did everything they could for our boy and they were so kind and loving to him. The updates felt constant, it was amazing how they did it in such good time with as many stops and photos they took! They had stairs he could used to get in and out of the vehicle, as he has some troublesome hip issues. When he was having a hard time with eating, they got a hotel room and he was able to have some time out of his cage and in their presence in a new setting. It was truly the best experience I could have ever had. So glad to have chosen them, you should choose them too!

Omer was beyond professional. He was kind, communicative, reassuring, and responsible. He took his time to reassure me that my puppy would be treated with gentleness and care. When he first met my puppy at the breederās house, he took his time to make friends, putting my nervous dog at ease. The breeder noted this made such a difference. Omer left the breederās house early in the morning, in order to drive all day so that our puppy didnāt need to spend overnight in the crate. This was hugely important to me. My puppy arrived to my doorstep calm, clean and happy. Omer was kind with me in all of our communications. He understands how precious a pet can be. I appreciated that he really cares about the pets he transports. I also appreciate that his service is a VIP service, transporting ONLY my puppy with no other animals on board. This meant a safer trip for my very small puppy, and a much shorter trip, since he did not have to delivery any other pets along the way.āØ He asked about vaccine status, and if I preferred for my puppy to have potty breaks outside, or a āno paws on the groundā policy. This can be important when the puppy might not have a Leptospirosis vaccine yet. He communicated with me several times during the trip, sending photos and updates. He also texted 30 minutes prior to arrival to let me know he was near.āØYears ago, a different pet transport service brought two puppies to us (not Omer). That service was arranged by the breeder. After the puppies arrived, I looked in the van and saw the van was filled with dog crates, many of them soiled. The driver had stopped overnight and left all the dogs in the van. Who knows how chilled they got overnight. Back then, puppies arrived completely stressed and with a raging Giardia infection. It took many weeks and several Vet visits to get their diarrhea sorted out and get them healthy again. Never again. Omer was completely different. His transportation service, and his kindness, was everything I could have hoped for. Thank you, Omer.

Thankfully Pawfect Partners reached out and they were able to get my dog halfway across the country safely and quickly!
