Words cannot express how amazing our transporter was. My wife's company has relocated us from Chicagoland to Southwest Florida on top of my wife's SUV being considered a total loss from a trucking accident, so us driving our only dog son, Patches, was no longer an option. The fear of flying him with us was also not an option and by the Grace of God we came across Dependable Driver Solutions, LLC via Google. The process was seemless, informed and I felt an honest love for all animals during our phone consult. The day Patches was picked up eased our minds every more since our driver was just an overall wonderful person who even offered to take some extra luggage for us, thus saving us a few extra hours of baggage checking at the Airport. He arrived perfectly on time at our new home happy as a clam and almost didn't want to leave the transporter ;-) I'm giving a 20 out of 10 review and we will be repeat customers during the holidays and/or special events back in Chicago. After finding our puppy 5 hours away and being unable to drive to get her, the breeder told us of Citizen Shipper. We had never heard of it and after submitting a request for a quote, Jazzys Pet Care popped up and had great reviews. They took all 7 of my animals half way across the country and took such great care of them! Sent me pictures constantly, and updates along the way. I was able to see where they were at the whole time. I think my dogs were sad to come back to me and not stay with them. I would 100% use them again and plan to if we ever need to move again.
