Lisa was outstanding. She picked up our puppy and coordinated with the breeder. She gave regular updates about their travels. Included photos and an adorable special gift. She was ahead of schedule and promptly completed drop off. What are the best parts I felt was she had her young daughter with her as company for our puppy, which made me feel a lot more comfortable. Lisa is highly recommended and we will use her in the future!

I'd give this man 10 stars if I could. I was worried about my cats, since they are older, but he transported them over 1.2K miles in a matter of about 30 hours. My pets get anxious in cars and around strangers, not in this case, they were very calm when I picked them up. Multiple rest stops, food, and water was given to them, I was also given access to the location the whole time. Overall, 10/10 experience, I highly recommend Bill. The quality of service was beyond my expectations. Thank you again for getting my babies to Florida!

Very nice on pickup however it quickly went downhill. He told me 4-5 days and it took a week and a half to get my baby home. He didn’t send pictures every day like he promised (2/3 of days) and even unshared the location of him and my dog for multiple hours. Additionally, he called me anxious and untrusting when I became skeptical of the changing timeline which he never discussed with me as well as told my sister he would bring my dog back to me if she kept communicating with him (he never called me and took long to call me back when I did) My dog did arrive after a long period but overall poor communication, a lack of problem solving skills and quite rude.

Wonderful transport! Robert sent me his gps tracking. I was able to follow along to see where my new pup was. My new pup arrived promptly and was happy and healthy. I gave him a bath but he was extremely clean based on the water running off. Which shows he was well taken care of by Robert. (2 day trip)
