SCAM!! DO NOT BOOK!! She asked me for a separate deposit via cash app, acted like she was on the way to get my cat and never showed up! From the jump, I knew it was very fishy, obviously given the other reviews and the number of being out of service.... But I still tried to give her a chance and that was a huge mistake. She never sent any updates, never shared her location, and I asked five times to give me the details of her trip and she never told me where she was going. She only sent me her fake eta to pick up my cat. Still have never heard back, citizenshipper is investigating her for fraud. Unfortunately citizenshipper does NOT have a way of verifying who you're actually talking to no reassurances and if they're actually gonna steal your animal or your items and if it's actually the person who verified their identity on here picking up your valuable things there's no ID checks when the ride starts. There's no QR codes nothing. DO NOT BOOK

Lacey and Larry were AMAZING!! They bid on my request with less than 12 hours of notice, arrived punctually, updated me frequently, and took great care of my baby. I received many pictures and videos along the way. They really went above and beyond. Finding gas stations with a fenced, grassy area for him to relieve himself, played with and loved on him constantly, and even gave him a bath after noticing him get itchy from being in the grass so much. I would definitely trust them again!

Crystal was absolutely incredible from start to finish. My plans changed, and she was so flexible and accommodating every step of the way. She made what could have been a really stressful experience feel easy. What stood out most was how much she genuinely cared about my dog Ripley. It never felt like he was just another pet she was transporting, she took the time to get to know her, kept me updated throughout the trip, and it was obvious they developed a real bond. Knowing she was comfortable, loved on, and in such good hands gave me complete peace of mind. If youāre on the fence about trusting someone with your pet, donāt be. Iād trust Crystal with Ripley again in a heartbeat. She went above and beyond, and I canāt recommend her highly enough.

Zoey traveled all the way from South Africa, and due to the limited number of approved U.S. entry ports for dogs from South Africa, she ultimately had to fly into Washington. We are based in Denver and initially considered driving to Washington to pick her up ourselves, but quickly realized it was a 23-hour drive one way. Kevin provided a very competitive quote, and a major advantage was that Zoey was able to fly in-cabin with him. This gave us great peace of mind, knowing she would be well cared for and significantly reduced the stress and travel time compared to a long road trip. After picking Zoey up from Pender Pet in Washington, Kevin kept us updated with thoughtful photos and even visited her on the day of her arrival. We decided to have her stay one night at Pender Pet to allow her to rest after her long journey from South Africa. We also had to reschedule her travel date due to an accident she had prior to departure. Kevin was very understanding and accommodating, making the change without any additional charges. We would not hesitate to use Kevin again in the future and highly recommend his services. He clearly has a natural way with dogs, and it was evident how comfortable Zoey felt with himāalmost as if she was thanking him for safely bringing her home to us.

Annie is great. As she will tell you, I was so skeptical, and I kept bothering her for location, updates, but in all honesty, she volunteered them freely. She sent us pictures at every stop, hotel stay, and even after her departure, after delivering Diamond to my mother, she still checks on her. Love her services!!! Hands down, I'm sooooo grateful for her. Thank you, Annie, truly!!!

This was a difficult process for me. Set up transport with another driver. The person was solely concerned about payment. Made me so uneasy that I ended up canceling her. Christina from the beginning of process made me feel at ease. She sent pictures and text during the transport. Kept me informed and up to date on during process. Only the day of pickup is when she mentioned of payment. I felt comfortable leaving my Boson Terrier with her. I would difinitly use her services again if I needed to. Thank you very much for bringing him home safe.

I highly recommend Tim to transport your pup! We hired him to transport our sheepadoodle from Chicago to LA after learning that she was too tall for her crate and she would be unable to fly on American or any other airline due to her size. Tim was super responsive, sent multiple pictures during the transport, and he even arrived 1 day early. If we ever need a pet transport again, I would hire him! Thank you again!!!
