This was my first time arranging long-distance transport for my dog, and FuzzBuzz came through in an extremely difficult situation. I needed a same-day or next-day pickup to get my dog out of an unsafe environment. They were the only service that could accommodate that timeline, and they stayed communicative throughout the entire trip, sending updates and photos along the way. Like others have mentioned, I was hesitant at first because they’re newer on the platform and have fewer reviews than some of the long-established transporters. But they delivered exactly what they promised and got my dog safely across the country in under a week for a fraction of what some of the other services quoted. I cannot express how grateful I am for their help and would use them again if needed.
